Development of applications for Android 3.0

This bachelor thesis is focused on new development features of Android 3.0 and Android API 11. The whole paper is divided into several chapters. The first chapter briefly pursues what Android is and what is its architecture. The second chapter describes basics of programming for Android necessary for understanding this thesis and also necessary for development of the most basic applications. The third one presents new features of Android 3.0 and Android API 11 from the developer point of view. Also there are many code-samples about how to work with these features. The final chapter demonstrates development of practical application named GPS planner. The chapter consists of application's description, graphical user interface analysis, definition of application's structure and code-samples of the GPS planner.

The aim of the thesis is a pointing out the importance of educational activities in senior's life. The attention is focused on institutionalization of seniors education, its community support and educational possibilities for seniors. In the thesis are defined some basic concepts, the name of the science about seniors education, its subject and its position in the science system. Further there are noted some circumstances which was contributing to its formation, the importance of education both for seniors and for community. The major subject of this thesis is to follow the activities of the restoring Czech civil society during the Prague Spring era that were aimed at setting up a plurality political system, at the decomposition of one-party government, or at the changes in the self-contained (closed) National Front system as it had emerged, or had been forcibly formed after 1948 February. The Phenomenon of the restoring civic society has been presented here in three specific models, namely the civic and political activation preserving the efforts to restore a traditional political party (namely Social Democratic Party), to be followed by the pre-political and in its substance clubbing activities of the non-party public in formation of Club of Engaged Non- Party Men, a lucidly nondescript organization; finally then, a formally clearly determinate K- 231 club endeavouring the judicial, civic and social rehabilitation of its members. Within the contexts of the Prague Spring events, these are the most fragrant documents of self-formation of the citizens without assistance of the political power; in the final effects, even against it. The name: The use of games and outdoor activities in teaching general education subjects at Elementary School (applied to Homeland study). Objects ofthe thesis: To mak:e up the hand-book of games and exercises for teaching Homeland study in 4. and 5. year ofElementary School. To get the feedback from involved teachers trough the practical validation ofthe hand-book. Methods: We have studied proper literary sources dedicated to games and playing, curriculum of homeland, too. We have used the methods of qualitative research for fit feedback from teachers - the method ofopen questionnaire alias inquiry and method of substandard dialogue with persons involved in research. Results: Creating of improved hand-book of games and exercises - we have made the changes according to teachers' advices and references. From 1971 UK has committed herself to the new brand name of Europeanism. Since that time Britain is continuously forced to adjust itself to the EEC regulations. The questions brought up in this thesis are about an outcome from the EU membership as well as reflection on Britain's regional policies. The work is streamed towards better understanding of main roles and activities that Britain was, is and will consign to the European Union. Moreover, there are several issues which bringing up a point of having some disadvantages from EU member. But with a time people could be concerned of more benefits that EU membership brought as an effective economic strategy is proved.

Use of a project in the work with mentally handicapped adults

Annotation: This thesis deals with the possibilities of using the project to work with adults with learning and mental handicap. In the theoretical part of the work the basic concepts related to mental disability is characterized. Furthermore, it comprises the conditions and possibilities of contemporary care for adults with mental disabilities. The practical part describes the preparation, implementation and evaluation of a specific project of leisure activities for clients of SPMP Modrý klíč School (Blue Key School) named "history windows open".

FTVS UK Motivace k vybraným sportům v přírodě 2010 ABSTRAKT Name: The motivation to selected outdoor sports. The aim of the work: The aim of the study is motivation to selected outdoor sports and it's components. We will try to divide motivational components meaningfully into categories to comparate the importance for doing outdoor activities for each individual case of sport. We will continue on study, which was made in Germany (2001) and comparate our results. We'll try to interpret potential differences in motivation and it's components between Czech and German part of population in our study. In the end we will focus on what motivates us to outdoor activities. Method: In our work we have chosen the method of questionnaire. Results of work were processed in programs - Excel and SPSS Results: We have found out, that we are able to define an universal tipe of outdoor sportsman. It's an individual, for whom is important outdoor action with friends, during which he relaxes physically and mentally, at the same time he's looking for activities beneficial to our health, during which he improves his performance.
