Evalution individual and group gaming skills of players at AC Sparta Praha U 12 (Year 2002)

Title of the thesis: Evaluation of individual and group gaming skills of players at AC Sparta Praha U12 (Year 2002) Objectives: To determine the error of players in matches AC Sparta Praha U 12 from the perspective of both quantity and quality Method used: Observational analysis with the method of indirect observation. This is a joint research. Results: Using the indirect observational method on AC Sparta Praha U12, I have found out that during 6 games, players had made in total 431 mistakes. Out of all, the most common mistake was pass - 136 errors (31,55%), followed by the circumvention of the teammate - 73 errors (16, 93%). I have noticed a comparable number of errors in takeover - 43 errors (9, 98%) and while handling the ball - 45 errors (10, 44%). From team activities I observed an error while defending an opponent along with one teammate - 14 errors (3, 25%) and ensuring teammate - 26 mistakes (6, 03%). From the quality point of view, the greatest problem is the sense for the ball, when they were not able to choose the right strength or while processing the ball not being able to cushion the ball. Another cause of errors was pressing on an opponent. When opponents did not give the players of Sparta enough time and space for a game, they had a big problem to resolve the situation properly....
Problem Statement of Inclusion of ICT into Education of Pedagogical Workers

The aim of this thesis is to explore the possibilities of involvement of information and communication technologies in teachers' training. It defines the terms teacher, director, education, mapping interest and availability of teachers of information and communication technologies, but also presents various options that can contribute to teachers' education. It clearly explains how the subsequently used data had been collected. The information obtained from the questionnaires and unstructured interviews were processed and analyzed. Obtained results are further used and compared with the statements. The conclusion summarizes the results and on their basis recommendations are elaborated in the annex, which is intended for the school management, taking into account the different sizes of school. Stimulation of the development of intellectual abilities of preschool children

The thesis has theoretical and practical character. The theme of the thesis is the deliberating stimulation of the skills of children in nursery school. The theoretical part provides the background for the practical part. This part deals with the current concept of preschool education and highlights the importance of teachers, especially diagnostic skills. It summarizes the specifics of motor and cognitive development of preschool children. The importance lies on the description of the new Serbian NTC method. The aim of NTC method is due specific activities stimulated and harmonized the development of the child. The practical part has form of action-teacher's research. The aim is to introduce the NTC method in own teaching practice and reflects the contribution to the group of preschool children. Practical part also monitors the impact of the program on own approach of teaching. Own experience with the NTC are confronted with experiences of teacher who also uses this method.
Stimulation of strength, speed, and coordination, abilities in the ice hockey goaltender

Thesis title: Stimulation of strength, speed and coordination abilities in the ice hockey goaltender. Aim of the thesis: To describe theoretical basis of stimulation in ice hockey goaltenders. To design a model of goaltender's strength, speed and coordination training and to find suitable methods, means and forms of the stimulation of strength, speed and coordination abilities focused on youth teams and older goaltenders. Method: Qualitative analysis of document contents was used to identify the main theoretical basis of stimulation of goaltenders strength, speed and coordination abilities. Determiners of goaltenders' strength, speed and coordination development were described on the basis of deeper analysis. The main theoretical resources were finally integrated into a logical complex by the method of synthesis. On this basis the conception of strength, speed and coordination abilities stimulation could have been set up and suitable methods, means and forms of the goaltenders' strength, speed and coordination training could have been chosen with focus on youth teams and older goaltenders. Managerial competencies in chosen enterprises

The diploma thesis deals with the managerial competencies. The aim of this thesis is to define and identify key managerial competencies in chosen enterprises on the basis of study czech and global professional literature and its following compare with the results of questionnaire survey. There are tested independence/dependence of statistical variables (such as age, level of education, company type) on each competency in this thesis. The results allow to purpose accurate way of next development of least developed competencies for target group.

My thesis will serve as a monitoring tool for the management of an educational division in company BooK s.r.o.. This monitoring will consist in setting up a new form of monitoring feedback mechanism with help of a made-to-measure web application created by me. The feedback check will reflect the customer’s satisfaction with services provided by this company as well as the evaluation of employees concerned. Creation of this new form of feedback was requested directly by the company management of BooK s.r.o. and the implementation and using itself will bring benefits the company primarily in automatization of the monitoring process and time factor. At the same time this application will serve as a tool for evaluation of satisfaction of the customers whose opinions are crucial for the company’s success and improvement of the standard of the provided services which will result in increasing the company’s competitiveness.

My diploma thesis will serve as a manual for personnel managers in which forms and methods of control of employees will be summarized focused on mystery calling and mystery shopping. I will create a programme of fuzzy logic called OCCUPATIONAL INSPECTOR wherebly personnel managers will analyse and check their employees and therably save a part of financial resources which would otherwise be spent on external subject.
