Práce se soustředí na problematiku zapojování informačních a komunikačních technologií do vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků. Definuje pojmy učitel, ředitel, vzdělávání, mapuje zájem a možnosti pedagogů o informační a komunikační technologie, ale také představuje různé možnosti, pomocí kterých se mohou pedagogové vzdělávat. Přehledně vysvětluje, jak docházelo k získávání dat, se kterými se následně pracovalo. Získané informace z dotazníkového šetření a nestrukturovaných rozhovorů jsou zpracovány a analyzovány. Se získanými výsledky se dále pracovalo a byly porovnávány s tvrzeními. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky a na jejich základě je v příloze vypracováno doporučení, které je určeno managementu škol s přihlédnutím na různě velké školy. It defines the terms teacher, director, education, mapping interest and availability of teachers of information and communication technologies, but also presents various options that can contribute to teachers' education. It clearly explains how the subsequently used data had been collected. The information obtained from the questionnaires and unstructured interviews were processed and analyzed. Obtained results are further used and compared with the statements. The conclusion summarizes the results and on their basis recommendations are elaborated in the annex, which is intended for the school management, taking into account the different sizes of school.
