Předkládaná disertační práce chce být příspěvkem k nejstaršímu období dějin pražské univerzity. V centru její pozornosti je instituce univerzitních národů, s níž se na moderních univerzitách dávno nesetkáváme. Na řadě středověkých univerzit včetně pražské však hrály univerzitní národy velmi významnou roli. Představovaly jednak podpůrné korporace, které poskytovaly svým příslušníkům sociální zázemí a případnou pomoc, zároveň byly nástrojem, pomocí něhož v rámci univerzity prosazovaly své zájmy. Stávaly se tak jedním ze základních prvků univerzitní správy. Cíl této práce je dvojí. V prvé části se pokusím nastínit vývoj univerzitních národů v Praze a popsat jejich často značně konfliktní vztahy. Především však mi půjde o postižení charakteru těchto národů jakožto jedné ze základních institucí středověké univerzity. Ačkoliv dosavadní česká historiografie věnovala univerzitním národům poměrně velkou pozornost, a to zvláště v souvislosti s vydáním Kutnohorského dekretu, některé události zůstávají nadále opomíjeny a institucionální podoba pražských univerzitních národů rovněž nebyla dostatečně objasněna. Tuto skutečnost do jisté míry ilustruje i fakt, že k tomuto tématu v českém dějepisectví dosud neexistuje nejen samostatná monografie, ale ani důkladnější studie. Recent progress of information technology in Czech regions and cities with focus on Karlovy Vary region

Tématem práce je poslední vývoj informatizace veřejné správy s ohledem současnou situaci v Karlovarském kraji a se zaměřením na Krajský úřad a Krajskou knihovnu Karlovy Vary. Cílem práce je charakterizovat strategické a rozvojové plány a projekty v oblasti informatizace a představit instituce státní správy a samosprávy, které jsou za tyto plány a projekty odpovědné. Zmíněna je také relevantní legislativa. Jedna z kapitol bude věnována nově vybudovanému multifunkčnímu informačnímu centru, které je součástí Krajské knihovny Karlovy Vary. Centrum bude svým technickým a technologickým vybavením plnit roli informačního střediska celého regionu.

Marriage is God `s wanting and blessed relationship between man and woman. Already with creation God assigned humane creature to be equal even though they are different. God creatured man and woman to be for each other love each other and support each other. Example for them have to be God`s love to his chosen people, whom he loves with unconditional love. Wedlock is a sacrament sacred and holly. According the Bible teaching, monogamy and unfaithfulness are sin. Child is for the couple God`s gift, whom he is blessing, loves and have a special plan for. Children are blessings and pride of the parents. Family with many children is assurance for keeping faith and be strong and together at time of suffering. Family is participation in God`s creature. Responsibilities for each member in the family, helps matured each person. Husband and father have the responsibility for his wife and children before God and society. He also is commissioned to secure financially the family and support their traditions and religious life. Woman as a mother and wife with caring love arranges home for her children and husband. She is can not be subjected to her husband, as we learned unfortunately from the history, because that's against God wish. Prehistoric settlement of the northern part of west Bohemia

Prehistoric settlement ofthe northem part ofWest Bohemia This thesis describes and analyses prehistoric and early medieval settlement of the northem part of West Bohemia on the basis of archaeological sources. Selected sites together with history of excavation on them and some fmding situations are briefly described. Data processing from 300 archaeological sites were done using computer programs for Geographic Informational Systems and statistics, spatial relationship of archaeological sources to natural environment was the evaluated data. The analysis shows different intensity of archaeological evidence of settlement in the northem part - upward flux of the river Ohře region, and the southem part - the river Mže region, within themselves and also a strip of area virtually without any archaeologically significant data between them.

Criminal aspects of Child Abuse

This thesis on the topic of criminal aspects of Child Abuse is trying comprehensively to introduce the issue of child abuse primarily in association with CAN Syndrome. Child abuse is very dangerous social phenomenon, mainly because the victim is child who is considered to be defenceless and trusting being. The Child Abuse and Neglect Syndrome has several forms of abuse and that is what makes it even harder to discover and early intercept not just for uninitiated society but even for specialists. The expert knowledge of this issue is still behind to where it should be. That also reflects on the legislation. Even though it is trying to deal with this problem there are still certain shortcomings, which should be improved. This thesis is divided into sex chapters. First chapter concentrates on the term CAN Syndrome itself and on his evolution. It also includes statistics on victims of different forms of CAN Syndrome. Second chapter contains single types of child abuse and forms in which they can be manifested and observed by the environment. Present-Day Trends in Further Education of Future Managers

The Bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical part and a practical one. In its theoretical part, first are defined key notions relevant to the topic of the thesis. Further there are described individual institutions dealing with the education of managers. The practical part is focused primarily on a comparison of the Faculty of Management with the Faculty of Economics and Administration of the University of Pardubice and another comparison between the Faculty of Management and the Faculty of Operation and Economics of Transport and Communications of the University of Žilina. There are compared subjects taught at these faculties as to their contents and their classification in the framework of particular terms. In the conclusion of the practical part, the established data are interpreted; the results of this interpretation are certain recommendations of how to improve the quality of education at the Faculty of Management.

Bachelor thesis discusses the ways in which advertising of sweets and fatty products is regulated in the Czech Republic. The main aim is to focus on the issue of advertising sweets and fatty products as advertising for a specific type of goods, which in our country and around the world raises discussion about the impact on human health. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part is advertising presented as a part of marketing mix and sweets and fatty products are included in the category of "unhealthy" foods. The following are mentioned institutions, which affect the regulation of food advertising; the situation is mapped to regulate advertising of these products abroad. The practical part includes the results of surveys practiced on sweets and fatty products manufacturers, but primarily on consumers.

The paper focuses primarily on Czech epigraphers, epigraphic institutions and methodology in the Czech Republic, assessing the actual and potential demand for epigraphic findings. The author also considers how this demand can be influenced to the benefit of all parties, including a general comparison with the situation in other countries.

An important institution is the International Society of Oskar Nedbal, which directly link the Oskar Nedbal cares. The work is finished by exploring contemporary Tábor citizens and their awareness of Oskar Nedbal.
