Tato diplomová práce se zabývá úlohou muzikoterapie, jako podpůrného prostředku pro člověka, který potřebuje pomoc na cestě životem. Popisuje průběh a vývoj jednotlivých muzikoterapeutických setkání, jejich dopad na klienta při uvědomování si vlastních hodnot a jejich transformaci do osobního a studentského života. Práce byla vypracována na základě vývoje kazuistiky v čase, rozhovorů a reflexe celé práce. The Comparison of the Image of the Contact Center Netopeer - Multi-Purpose Drug Service from the Clients', Employees'and Public's Point of View.

This thesis deals with the image factors of the Contact Center Netopeer - Multi-Purpose Drug Service Znojmo, which is one of the subsidiaries of organization called Sdružení Podané ruce, o.s. The theoretical part focuses on the gathering the information concerning the individual aspects of organization image and its following application on civil society organizations. I determine the factors, which influence a good name of the Contact Center - Netopeer from the employees', clients' and public's point of view, with the help of the qualitative research method. Research shows that the important image factors for this organization are: staff behavior during the communication with customers and clients, helpfulness, efficiency and responsibility of the staff, staff competence and professionalism, trust of customers and clients in the institute, quality of offered products, services and ideas and hygiene, cleanness and aesthetics of the institute premises.

Quality of life of selected groups of clients with Crohn's disease

My dissertation work called "The quality of life within selected groups of clients with the Crohn's disease" is analysing the subjective evaluation of the clients' life situation, that describes their day-to-day struggle with this chronic disease. This work is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. The objective of the former is to present the current findings about the Crohn's disease, to describe the term "quality of life", defines its various meanings and history and specifies the assessment methods in the clinical practice. In the latter, there are set objectives and working hypotheses for own evaluation. The target of the empirical part is to obtain real life data through questioning methods, partly based on the standardised WHQL-BREF methodology. The obtained data will be subjected to primary analysis in order to create an evaluation result for a selected group of clients. In the last part, this dataset will be compared with the previously measured values on quality of life of clients with Crohn's disease.

Social analysis of debtors in Prague 3 - Žižkov

The bachelor paper "Social analysis of the indebted citizens in Prague 3" focuses on the issues of indebtedness, respectively overindebtedness, it's causes and consequences for single person, or the whole population. The essay tries to answer the question about the origin of overindebtedness, options of it's solution and prevention. The theoretical part deals with the issues by historical aspect and the law aspect too, mainly is focused to the execution of the decision carried out by sale of movable things, and advise for individuals. The research part works with the question, which segments of population the indebtedness concerns at most, by the aspect of gender, age, employment, nationality and education, focused for Prague 3.

Case study of a client included in methadone substitution programme

of bachelor thesis Keywords: methadone- susbstitution therapy- client- substitution programme-causes The bachelor thesis deals with the effect of client participation in the complete substitution treatment programme with methadone, which aims to demonstrate a positive effect not only on the client itself, but also on its vicinity. The theoretical part deals with methadone, its effects and the progressive placing into the treatment of addicted clients, firstly abroad and then in the Czech Republic. It deals with forms of treatment working in the Czech Republic with a detailed description of a complex substitution therapy. At the end of the theoretical part are discussed the causes of origin of an addiction on the addictive substances. The practical part is a case study of two clients - married couple, what describes in detail their life before the treatment, during the treatment and at her one year after the treatment, when she has been included in the substitution programme for ten years and is ending with a voluntary departure from the program with the zero dose of methadone - the client successfully abstains. In this work I'm describing the genesis of music therapy, the types and forms. The work is focused on orthopedagogic music therapy. You can find information how to access to clients with disabilities and techniques and games for use in orthopedagogic music therapy practically. Most knowledge comes from my own experience, all the techniques I have already applied in use. I was underpinned by the professional literature. The aim is to present a comprehensive view of orthopedagogic music therapy focused on the use of that knowledge and methods of work with handicapped clients.
