Title: Bis(phosphinates) Autor: Pavlína Křečková Department: Department of Inorganic Chemistry, Faculty of Science Supervisor: RNDr. Vojtěch Kubíček, Ph.D. Supervisor's e-mail address: kubicek@natur.cuni.cz Abstract Four geminal bis(phosphinate) acids were prepared and characterized by TLC, NMR, MS, EA. The compounds were acquired in high yields (over 55 %). Stability of these compounds was tested in chosen aqueous buffers, which covered a wide range of pH. The experiments showed that the prepared compounds are not fully stable. Performed experiments have shown negligible sorption of synthesized bis(phosphic) acids to hydroxyapatite, which was used as a model of bone tissue. The topic of this bachelor work is {\clqq}Immoveables {--} analysis of account and tax aspects``. Taxes depreciation can be dividend in two groups namely in account depreciations and tax depreciations. Both of these two groups have thein own specific functions and they can not be confused. Account depreciations abide by accounting act and they are autorized to accounting entity. Account depreciations set a real margin of properte wear, they depend on thein supposed durability life, the way of usage and so on. Account depreciations are only account cista, which are not tax unacceptable and set lasting decrease in value of the properte. Account depreciations decline the trading income. Tax depreciations abide by the low of income taxes. This law is accepted for all accounting entity. Tax depreciations apply just for the puprose of determination of tax base not for the purpose of determination of real durability life and on the way of properte usage. Exerciation of tax depreciatios as an entry lowering the income tax base is not the duty but only the right for taxpayers. Statement of account depreciations and tax depreciations is in declaration of taxes.

Alimentary Infection and Intoxication in the Region of České Budějovice

The incidence of alimentary infection is closely connected with the standard of living and the lifestyle. Even though hygiene and health education seem to be maintained at a high level, there is a yearly incidence of alimentary infections in the Czech Republic.The theoretical part of this Bachelor´s work summarises basic information of alimentary diseases as they are reported in professional literature. The attention is paid to different kinds of alimentary infections, their brief description and prevention essentials which were introduces as the 5 keys by the World Health Organisation. The aim of the practical part has been to find out how much are the inhabitants in the region of České Budějovice informed about safe handling of food and what they know about infection risks resulted from unsuitable or inappropriate food handling. There were three hypotheses stated at the beginning. A quantitative research method, a questionnaire, was used. The survey was realised in the region of České Budějovice and the research set was made up by randomly chosen respondents of both laymen and professionals (students of the Faculty of Health and Social Studies). Three hundred respondents were asked to complete the questionnaire. The questionnaire data, statistically processed, have proved the hypotheses. The findings have shown that the common knowledge of safe food handling is not yet satisfactory in the region of České Budějovice. The Bachelor´s work can be used as a supportive material in health education realised by the state authorities or as a study material for students and general public.

102 17 Abstract The presented work deals with the strong personality of Czech folk music - Karel Kryl. It investigates the differences in the poetry of his lyrics and poems, and its development in the years 1968 - 1989. The first chapters outlines the situation since the sixties of the 20th century around the sung poetry and songsters to the present. Karel Kryl is compared with the Czech singer, he differed from them not only his work, but also his live, beliefs and appearance. His poetics is developed over twenty years, both in songs and in poems. This period is divided into four stages at the songs, according to which they are assigned to each of poetry collections. By 1971, one can speak only about the songs, because Karel Kryl has not paid poems in this period. At this time, the young author wrote a texts, in which disagreed with the occupation troops of the Warsaw Pact, the texts are uncompromising. Due to emigration in 1969, he began the songs express longing for home. Kryl speaks for all and all. The second stage of Kryl's production is between 1972 - 1975 - "happy period", especially the theme of love appears, the song (more than in poetry) the Bible theme here together in poems and songs. Carbamazepine - a study on the input to surface waters

Anticonvulsant carbamazepine is a pharmaceutical, which is necessary to be taken continuously. Moreover carbamazepine and its metabolites are resistant to microbial degradation and sorption onto sludge in present municipal wastewater treatment plants. Therefore carbamazepine and its metabolites pass through WWTP and are constantly discharged to surface waters. Concentrations of carbamazepine measured in surface waters are too low to cause acute toxicological effects, but chronic toxicological effects or synergic effects with other pharmaceuticals cannot be excluded. Due to its physico-chemical properties carbamazepine is recalcitrant to degradation in surface waters and in soil, thus it infiltrates through bedrock to ground water. So far there is not enough information on behaviour and effects of metabolites of carbamazepine in surface waters. Besides carbamazepine, also other pharmaceuticals are nowadays often detected in surface and ground water and in the soil. Furthermore, as the population grows the consumption of pharmaceuticals increases as does their input into environment. Paper presents conditions of chosen buildings in 2007-2008. Document does not present all existing buildings of this type. Sample is however selected to represent wide spectrum of architectural styles as from Gothic style, over Renaissance to historicist styles of 19th century. Author comes out both from information stated in the various specialized and touristic publications and from the outcomes of his own survey.

TITLE: Motherhood of Under Age Girls AUTHOR: Pavla Skasková DEPARTMENT: Department of Psychology SUPERVISOR: PhDr. PaedDr. Anna Kucharská, Ph.D. The dissertation is focused on phenomenon of motherhood in adolescence. In the Czech Republic nearly one thousand children are given birth every year by mothers who according to current law are not full-aged. A very similar number of teenage girls decide for abortion. The study searches for answers to broad varieties of particular research questions. Qualitatively directed research outcomes reflect motives involved in young women's final decisions to become an under-age mother, the determinants of the decision making process in the context of sexual reproductive health. They watch as the participants prepare for the role of mother, what helped them solve the situation and what is it difficult to evaluate their experience and maternity and parental competence. The work focuses on the reflected experience of the new role in the self, and the identity of teenage mothers. A semi-structured interview was chosen as the fundamental method to gather the data; however, additional essays of all respondents are available as well. Analysis of labor market of region Plzeň in the time period 2001 - 2011 and its expected evolution

This thesis deals with the development of the labor market in the region Plzeň in 2001 - 2011. The purpose is to identify what factors and how much affect employment and unemployment in the labor market in region Plzeň. The author analyzes the time series on population, employment and unemployment in the region Plzeň of the portals CSO, Ministry of Labour and socials affairs. The work contains an estimate of the supply side of the labor market based on demographic projections in context with the impact of pension reform. Research is subjected to the expected development of the demand side of the labor market on which it can be expected changes of the requirements of employers in skills needs. Analytical investigation in this thesis is completed questionnaire to which they are subjected unemployed. Through deduction from the information obtained from these data sources is determined the expected development of the labor market in the region Plzeň, and his problems are not adequately addressed.

Diplomová práce Ekonomické a právní aspekty auditorské činnosti se zabývá činností auditora. První kapitola se věnuje právní regulaci auditorské činnosti, tj. zákonu č. 93/2009 Sb. Jelikož zákon nabyl účinnosti dne 14.4.2009, jedná se o téma navýsost aktuální. Práce detailně popisuje jednotlivé instituty nového zákona jako je Rada pro veřejný dohled nad auditem, subjekty veřejného zájmu, zabývá se podmínkami pro výkon auditorské činnosti. Pozornost je věnována i zvýšeným nárokům na chování auditora jako jsou etika, nezávislost a mlčenlivost. Významný prostor je věnován i Komoře auditorů ČR jako jediné samosprávné organizaci zastřešující všechny auditory či auditorské společnosti. Závěr právní části je věnován zhodnocení současného právního stavu a nástinu možného dalšího vývoje, kde autor zaujímá stanovisko k této úpravě. Druhá kapitola, nazvaná Ekonomické aspekty auditorské činnosti, se zabývá popisem auditorské činnosti doprovázený mnoha praktickými příklady, tj. popisem práce auditora na jednotlivých zakázkách. V této práci nejsou popsány všechny aspekty auditorské činnosti. Pozornost je zaměřena na nejdůležitější z nich. Struktura této kapitoly kopíruje sled auditorských prací.
