Beginning Teacher at the first grade of primary school

Diploma thesis addresses the issue of initial training of beginning teachers of primary school in Czech schools. Defines the requirements for successful integration of new employees, as well as suggesting possible standard procedures, methods and assesses the possibility of their use in the school environment. It describes the role of supervising teacher and the meaning of its existence. The task of the practical part is to find out with which kinds of educational activities beginning teachers have problems. In interviews with experienced teachers, we tried to clarify whether at the time of their beginnings had the same problems as current teachers and we wonder on what skills and knowledge should be students of faculties of education trained better. The Role of Teaching Practice in Development of Student of the Teachers Training for Primary School

The diploma thesis named Pedagogical practices and their tasks for primary school teachers' development deals with the topic of the pedagogical practices at colleges and universities. The thesis finds out the extent of students' being ready for carrying the practice out. The following task of the thesis is to describe what the students and beginner teachers think about the practice. The theoretical part is aimed at the pedagogical practice process and its connection with the primary teachers' education. Important part of the thesis is to compare the time extent of the practice at different colleges and universities. The practical part works with the qualitative research. The used methods for this part are questionnaire and interview. The pedagogical faculty students describe their experience with the pedagogical practices. The beginner teachers evaluate the level of the practices. Competances beginning teachers at primary school to individualize teaching

This Thesis is focused on beginning teachers as absolvents of Charles University Faculty of Education with experience at most three years. There is explained what competences teachers have to individualize lessons at Primary school. This topic is very popular these days and doesn't cover only children with specific needs or children who are gifted, but it includes all pupils. This thesis tries to map this current situation with eight chosen teachers who respond to our requairments. The Teoretic part is divided into five chapters, which describe professional quality of teacher with deep focusing on personal characteristic, the term a beginning teacher and his most frequent problems. Next chapter is focused on pedagogical competences. Subchapters are conected with deep analyzation of teacher's competances to individualize his lessons and introduse some tendences in current preparatory education of teachers at primary schools. In penultimate chapter there is deeper describtion of preparatory education of teacher at primary school and personality. Novice Teacher 's Entrance into the Practice and the Initial Problems Associated with it

The diploma thesis describes the novice teachers' problems they have to face and are associated with their entrance into the practice. Its aim is to identify these problems via analysis, describe possible solution and suggest a support how to prevent these problems. The theoretical part focuses on a teacher as an individual, his or her quality and professional standards nowadays. Additionally, the thesis summarises any concerns the novice teachers might have, any problems and the support system available to them. This system stems from the educational preparation and a lifelong professional progress. The practical part of the thesis contains a qualitative research based on three resources - a questionnaire, an interview and an observation method. This part aims to analyse problems of novice teachers in the first month of their practice, their approaches to solution and available support provided to them. The purpose of the observation is to further elaborate the current problems of novice teachers and to form a view on how they are facing with them nowadays. This thesis aims to reflect the stage of professionalteachers start first grade of primary school. It deals with pedagogical activities and responsibilities of primary school teachers and professional support you as a teacher stating clearly set out to professional qualities of a teacher or profilig on a new teacher education program teacher training in it. One of them is an innovative program Reading and Writing for Critical Thinking (RWCT). The diploma thesis, entitled The Profile of a Novice Primary School Teacher, deals with the issue of young teachers starting their teaching practice. The aim of the thesis is to explore how contemporary novice teachers carry out their work, how they percieve it and to what extent they have been prepared for it by their studies. Another aim of the thesis is to compile a profile of a novice teacher which reflects the professional standard of a teacher with a diploma from a faculty of education and practice of one, two, or three years.

Problems which encounters the beginning teacher at primary school

Indicative abstract Not only can the reader get information of whom the beginning teacher is but he can also find plausible reasons leading individuals to choose pedagogical profession in theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis. It is also possible to read about specifics of pedagogical profession such as ageing of pedagogical staff, feminization, vocational deformation and more. One chapter is devoted both to uncertainties of beginning teachers and to their activities. Students of pedagogical branches might be interested in chapters concerning pedagogical preparation of teachers to-be, supremacy and nonstandard situations. Final chapter is dedicated to teachers' quality in the Czech and international context. Results of the investigation inquiry among beginning teachers at primary schools are presented in the practical part. The inquiry offers insight into the pedagogical profession through young eyes. It is possible to conclude from results which activities are the most troublesome for beginning teachers at primary schools and which they have no troubles with.

Beginning teacher from the point of view of daeling with professional qualities

The thesis "Beginning teacher from the point of view of dealing with professional qualities" reacts to the actual theme of seeking professional competencies of teachers and of suitable evaluation methods. It focuses on the work of beginning teachers and their professional quality and on further incentives for their professional growth. At the same time identifies what helps novice teachers during the first years of teaching activities. In the theoretical part knowledge and opinions of specialists are summarized and organized into three chapters. The experts were selected according to themes: teacher quality, professional competence, teaching profession, training of teachers and their support in practice. The practical part presents qualitative research which through the research methods (questionnaire, interview, data analysis, case study) describes the reality of beginning teachers work in primary school. The research try to answer the question: How teachers in the early years of practice manage its activities to evaluate their professional quality, what are dealing with and what helps them to be a good teacher.
