Preparation for the competition for the position of kindergarten principal

This bachelor's thesis is about the preparation of candidates for open competition for the position of kindergarten principal, especially the creating of concept of the development of the selected school. The theoretical part defines the definition of principal of the school as the statutory representative of the organization. It also describes what kind of principal he should be in order to successfully lead the school, its managerial functions and the overall competency model in the performance of its functions. Thesis defines a definition of the term management and manager as a leader in education. Following chapter explains the conditions under which the director is nominated to the position and what requirements the candidate for the position of manager must meet. The thesis describes the creation of competitive proceedings and its legislative framework, when and under what conditions it can take place. This work highlights the creation of a concept for the development of the organization of consolidated individual kindergartens and describes the definition of the vision of the organization. The theoretical part explains the activities related to the selection and adaptation of employees. Through the analysis of the current situation and the research conducted, suggestions for improvement are recommended in order to improve the functioning of the company.

The subject of this diploma thesis is an analysis of the system of recruiting and selecting employees in a selected organization. In the theoretical part there is a defined of the personnel activities, the methods of recruitment and selection of employees. Also, the methods, which are used for the evaluation of the whole process. The practical part characterizes the selected company, its history and its organizational structure. This part also describes currently used methods of recruiting and selecting workers. The Conclusion contains proposals for changes that could lead to an improvement and acceleration of the whole process.

The aim of this thesis is comparison of procedures of public procurement under the law and procedures of public procurement under the guidelines of the two selected operational programs. The first part deals with terms related to public procurement and definition of these terms in the law and in the guidelines. The second and third part is focused on procedures of public procurement according to guidelines and its comparison with the public procurement under the law and comparison with each other. In the last part are presented end evaluated conclusions that were identified during processing this thesis.
Selection procedure for the position of school director from the point of view of Czech teachers and headmasters

This master's thesis deals with various views of potential school directors and headmasters of the school director selection procedure. The work is divided into the theoretical and the research part. The theoretical part analyses the legislation relevant to the selection procedure for the school director, i.e. The School Law and law No. 82/2005. In the practical part author used the questionnaire to find the ideas of potential school directors and headmasters of the selection procedure and of The School Law novelisation. The goal of this thesis is to find how differs these ideas. The conclusions of this work can be used for the improvement of the school director selection procedure in the Czech Republic. The work is based on the literature listed at the end and on the questionnaire survey, which was performed with 115 potential school directors and 13 headmasters. My thesis deals with the selection of new employees in a specific company. The theoretical part explains methods of recruitment and basic terms and concepts associated with this issue. The practical part contains a description of the company, the objective of the research and actual survey via questionnaire. The results of the research are proposals and recommendations for changes that lead to finding the most suitable candidates for selected positions in the company for its better operation.

Personal diagnostics-measurement methods of current and perspective staffs

The dissertation is focused on personnel diagnostics. It understands it as an instrument, which helps the company to choose the best employees, to compare an actual profile of personality of a candidate or an employee with an ideal profile of position, which is needed to fill, and to assess the potential of employees. It concentrates on methods of personnel diagnostics. It describes two of three groups of diagnostic methods, which can be used in human resources management. They are clinical methods and testing. There are characteristics of all subsets of this classification. There are described other methods, which are used in HR management most frequently. The dissertation describes the diagnostic methods, which can be used in practice by personnel clerks without university degree in psychology or without practice. For these purposes there are described methods like interview, Thematic Apperception Cards after Evangelu, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and technique of Pack of Personnel Cards after Evangelu. Besides from description of these methods there are recommendations for using them in practice. Separate chapter occupies with the proposal of selection procedure for real job position by using of chosen methods of diagnostics. It's about position of phone agent for outbound telemarketing.
