Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozdílným pohledem zřizovatelů a potenciálních ředitelů mateřských, základních a středních škol na konkurzní řízení. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části práce autor především analyzuje právní předpisy týkající se konkurzního řízení u nás, tj. školský zákon a jeho novely a vyhlášku č. 82/2005 Sb. V praktické části práce jsou prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření zjišťovány názory dvou stran (strany zřizovatelů škol a strany uchazečů o post ředitele) jednak na proces konkurzního řízení jako takové, jednak na novelizace školského zákona. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak se tyto názory dvou zainteresovaných stran liší. Závěry mohou být využitelné pro zkvalitnění procesu konkurzních řízení v ČR. Práce vychází z odborné literatury uvedené v závěru a z dotazníkového šetření provedeného mezi 115 uchazeči o funkci ředitele a mezi 13 zřizovateli škol. The work is divided into the theoretical and the research part. The theoretical part analyses the legislation relevant to the selection procedure for the school director, i.e. The School Law and law No. 82/2005. In the practical part author used the questionnaire to find the ideas of potential school directors and headmasters of the selection procedure and of The School Law novelisation. The goal of this thesis is to find how differs these ideas. The conclusions of this work can be used for the improvement of the school director selection procedure in the Czech Republic. The work is based on the literature listed at the end and on the questionnaire survey, which was performed with 115 potential school directors and 13 headmasters.
