My diploma thesis will serve as a manual for personnel managers in which forms and methods of control of employees will be summarized focused on mystery calling and mystery shopping. I will create a programme of fuzzy logic called OCCUPATIONAL INSPECTOR wherebly personnel managers will analyse and check their employees and therably save a part of financial resources which would otherwise be spent on external subject.

This master thesis deals with motivation and renumeration of employees in the company EUROM, s.r.o. The theoretical part summarizes current knowledge concerning the topic of employees motivation and ways of their renumeration. The following is ananalysis of current motivational factors in the company, which is followed by a survey. On the results of this survey are based final recommendations to increase employee motivation and rmaking better conditions in employees renumeration.

The main goal of the thesis is to propose a change in the motivation system of the company, which will lead to an increase in employee satisfaction and their retention in the company. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses mainly on the topics of HR, motivation and remuneration of employees. The practical part deals with information about the company and analysis of the current state of motivation system in the company. The research is carried out using the questionnaire method and interviews with employees. The design part contains a proposal for changes in the company motivation system.
Motivation and Remuneration of the Employees in the Selected Company

My thesis deals with a system of remuneration and motivation of employees in a selected company. The company wanted to remain anonymous. The theoretical part defines basic concepts from the personnel work and employees motivation. In the practical part, I introduce the company and analyse the system of remuneration and motivation of employees. Subsequently, a survey in the form of a questionnaire will be conducted among employees, focusing on their satisfaction with the system of remuneration. Based on the findings, I will propose measures that would improve the current situation and may contribute to a higher motivation of the employees in the future as well as to the improvement of their performance.

I'll start with formulation requirements and generation classifieds, next will be selection procedures and possibility stimulation, I want avoid a unwanted leaving the job.

This serves to evaluating of the HR´s level in the companies and their interest to solve problems connected with HR. Finally we will design the project for financing of the Assessment Centre from the funds of the European Union.
The Cost of Seasonal Facility With Application of the New Labour Code

Goal of this work is to analyze personnel management in chosen seasonal sports facilities and realize whether employees costs increased or decreased after new labour code 2012 came into force. Theoretical part is about labour code novelisation from 2012 and its changes compared to former labour code. In practical part there is a research from chosen seasonal sports facilities. I tried to get to know if these facilities follow code-given steps how to treat employees and if they do how does it reflect into costs. The output of this work should be some recommendations how to minimize costs which could appear with the new labour code.

This thesis analyzes the efficiency of the company with a focus on personal character weaknesses, ie. the organizational structure, competence of manager, combination compensation, system of empleyee appraisal and the stress load at work. It contains proposals for solutions on improving work efficiency through personnel changes.
