Bakalářská práce se zabývala motivačním systémem společnosti Oscom Trading s.r.o. Hlavní cílem práce je návrh změny v motivačním systému podniku, který povede ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců a jejich setrvání ve společnosti. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje především na témata personalistky, motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců. Praktická část se zabývá informacemi o firmě a rozborem současného stavu motivačního systému ve firmě. Vlastní výzkum je prováděn dotazníkovou metodou a rozhovory se zaměstnanci. Návrhová část obsahuje vlastní návrh na změny v motivačním systému podniku. The bachelor thesis deals with the motivation system of Oscom Trading s.r.o. The main goal of the thesis is to propose a change in the motivation system of the company, which will lead to an increase in employee satisfaction and their retention in the company. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses mainly on the topics of HR, motivation and remuneration of employees. The practical part deals with information about the company and analysis of the current state of motivation system in the company. The research is carried out using the questionnaire method and interviews with employees. The design part contains a proposal for changes in the company motivation system.
