Impact of social factors on adolescents' leisure time

The aim of the thesis will deal with the issue of free time and its use in adolescents. First, it will be explained the concept of man as a teenager in the development phase, then thesis will be given to the possibilities of spending your free time of young people. Will also be examined, in particular, the social factors that affect adolescents when selecting leisure activities. THE USE OF SPONSORSHIP OF FK DUKLA PRAHA IN SPONSOR'S MARKETING Objectives: The aim of this paper is to reveal shortcomings resulting from sponsorship. The outcome of this paper is to provide recommendations on marketing and promotion. Methods: A case study was used to investigate sources of evidence such as analysis of documents, interview with marketing agency representative, marketing audit and media monitoring. Results: Paper revealed that the way how partners are presented by club and mainly by themselves is insufficient. Also publicity of Gambrinus league was found as inadequate. The role of men in current romantic relationship

The thesis "The role of men in current romantic relationships" is dedicated to the concept of manhood with an emphasis on romantic relationships and focuses specifically on an identity development and its male specifics, masculinity and various developmental paths leading to an achievement of manhood. It also describes the basic characteristics of romantic relationships and specifies the role of men in them. The empirical study is based on a qualitative methodology and maps male perspective of romantic relationships. Further focus is on how men perceive the romantic relationship and their role in it. Fifty men involved in a romantic relationship participated in this study. Participants filled in projective questionnaires, namely Incomplete sentences and Life at romantic relationship and its parts. The research results refer the cathegories of romantic relationship including its detailed descriptions from the perspective of participants and also offer an overview of activities done by men within the partnership with no claim for any generalization. Importance of Psychological Support for to-be Mothers During Pregnancy and Childbirth

The thesis examines the importance of psychological support from a supplementary person provided to mothers during their pregnancy and mainly during the process of childbirth. Such person may be a partner, relative, midwife, doula, doctor, etc. The aim of this thesis is to find out why the mother chooses to give birth in the presence of the specific person, how important is the psychological (and sometimes also physical) support from an accompanying person for such woman during delivery, or what specific action the mother considers psychologically supportive during the pregnancy and childbirth. Theoretical part describes a psyche of the mum-to-be and her need for psychological support during the pregnancy and the delivery and names the types of support in relation to a person, who is supporting. Practical part will be based on qualitative research carried out as half-structured interviews with mothers, who delivered a baby with accompaniment. Imaginations of catholic and non-believing girls about intimacy and its meaning in longterm relationships; case study of girls from Český Krumlov

My bachelor's thesis is focused on qualitative research of attitude to forms of relationships of believing and non-believing girls. The text is an attempt to determine the meaning of intimacy for these two groups and the difference between them. In the part regarding theoretical bases is the accent put on introducing the problems of intimacy, love and sexuality in their conceptual frame and further are described some aspects of relationships between Catholics and non-believing part of contemporary Czech society. This part has an explanatory trait. The fundamental of my research is a hypothesis that with an assistance of questions, regarding ideas of both groups, I can determine how they see the meaning of intimacy and in what ways their approach differs. In analytic part is my work divided into several areas regarding components of my research - relationship, partner, family, physical relationship and reflexion of relationship between group of believing and non-believing girls. The difference of meaning of intimacy is defined on the basis of the first four categories. The fifth category stands independently and shows the image of the main problems that non-believing girls have with the catholic girls.

The full title of my Master's degree thesis is Partner's Profit Sharing Right in Various Forms of Companies The aim of my thesis is to analyse the existing regulation governing the right to a share in profits in various kinds of companies, compare it with the amended law, which is already relevant, but still not in force. In the legal regulation concerning the profit sharing right there are still many questions that have not been described and solved in legal literature. There are also some issues that have been already solved by authors, but there are different expert's opinions on such issues. In my thesis I have attempted to compare all these opinions with the wording of the law. The thesis consists of twelve main chapters, including an introduction and conclusion of my thesis. Chapter One, Profit Sharing Right to Profit Share - basic definition deals with the meaning and importance of the profit sharing right. Bachelor thesis focuses on the area of information systems, which are used to support customer relationship management in companies. The main objective of this work is to provide a sample of solution for CRM system implementation for real customer from the banking sector. The first part defines basic functional areas of any CRM application. Each of these areas is described in more detail in terms of its primary use and tasks that within the CRM as a whole performs. Further is described the analytical area of CRM application (or Customer Intelligence), which is gradually playing a key role in the entire CRM system in past few years. It includes its potential uses in various fields. At the end of the theoretical part, the author compares the fundamental differences between cloud model of deployment and traditional on-premise solution. The practical part focuses on the main objective of the thesis and description of the supplied solution in the form of a module, which extends the existing CRM application with the option for business partners registration of Hypoteční banka, a. s. and ČSOB Pojišťovna, centralized in one system. Affiliate Marketing in the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis treats of affiliate marketing in the Czech Republic and is divided up into two parts.The first, the theoretical one, is about explaining of affiliate marketing in general, historical milestones of affiliate marketing, affiliate networks, affiliate programs, but also about online and offline marketing and other affiliate marketing related terms. The own part of work includes a survey results researching awareness of affiliate marketing among respondents and their perceiving of online advertising, then SWOT matrixs identifying of strenghts, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of affiliate marketing as for merchants as for partners. At least but not last there are explored affiliate softwares for smaller merchants and also costs of affiliate marketing in the first year and consequently reviewed and eventually selected the best possible option for czech market.
