The theoretical part is focused on the description of the human resources, employee benefits, their current legal regulations and finally accounting and tax aspects of employee benefits. The practical part analyses the employee benefits of the selected company and develops a proposal for the optimization of these benefits.

This bachelor thesis focuses on proposing suitable changes in the employee compensation system at MEATEST spol. s.r.o., aiming to increase employee satisfaction and motivation. The first part is dedicated to theoretical foundations related to employee compensation systems. The second part involves a detailed analysis of the current state of the compensation system, including both external and internal factors influencing it. In the third and final part, specific changes are proposed based on the gathered information.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issues of employee benefits and their tax and accounting aspects. The theoretical part explains the key concepts such as personnel management, motivation and various types of benefits. The analytical part deals with the current benefits provided by employers, as well as their comparison among different companies. The thesis contains some of my suggestions of how to improve the offer of employee benefits, which is associated with the optimization of the company´s costs.

The second part involves analyzing the current reward system and the influence of internal and external factors on this system. The final part proposes changes to improve the current reward system.

Benefits are an important part of employee compensation. It is also a competitive advantage for the employer in finding new employees and retaining existing ones. The theoretical part of the work mainly deals with issues related to motivation, remuneration and motivational benefits. The analytical part of the work deals with the analysis of motivational benefits and overall employee satisfaction. The last part of the work is focused on designing new motivational benefits that should keep employees satisfied and motivated.

Proposal for Changes of Motivational Programme in a Selected Company.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on evaluating the motivation system and proposing changes to this system in the company ANNOVINO VINAŘSTVÍ LEDNICE s.r.o., using quantitative research methodology. The thesis is divided into a theoretical, analytical, and design part. The theoretical part defines basic concepts related to motivation, reward system, overall rewards, and the distribution of employee generations. The second part contains an analysis of the current motivational system of the selected company. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey to determine employee satisfaction with the current motivational program. Based on this information, in the conclusion of the thesis, I propose 9 possible suggestions to improve the current system, which could increase employee satisfaction in the future.
