Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh vhodných změn v systému odměňování zaměstnanců ve společnosti MEATEST spol. s.r.o., s cílem zvýšit spokojenost a motivaci zaměstnanců. První část se věnuje teoretickým východiskům týkající se systému odměňování zaměstnanců. Druhá část se zabývá podrobnou analýzou současného stavu systému odměňování, zahrnující vnější i vnitřní faktory, které ho ovlivňují. Ve třetí, závěrečné části, jsou na základě zjištěných informací navrženy konkrétní změny. This bachelor thesis focuses on proposing suitable changes in the employee compensation system at MEATEST spol. s.r.o., aiming to increase employee satisfaction and motivation. The first part is dedicated to theoretical foundations related to employee compensation systems. The second part involves a detailed analysis of the current state of the compensation system, including both external and internal factors influencing it. In the third and final part, specific changes are proposed based on the gathered information.
