Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení motivačního systému a na návrhy změn tohoto systému ve společnosti ANNOVINO VINAŘSTVÍ LEDNICE s. r. o., a to pomocí kvantitativní metody výzkumu. Práce se dělí na teoretickou, analytickou a návrhovou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se motivace, systému odměňování, celkové odměny a rozdělení generací pracovníků. Druhá část obsahuje analýzu současného motivačního systému vybraného podniku. V rámci sběru dat bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření, které mělo za úkol zjistit spokojenost zaměstnanců se stávajícím motivačním programem. Na základě těchto informací navrhuji v závěru práce 9 možných návrhů na zlepšení současného systému, které by v budoucnu mohly zvýšit spokojenosti zaměstnanců. This bachelor's thesis focuses on evaluating the motivation system and proposing changes to this system in the company ANNOVINO VINAŘSTVÍ LEDNICE s.r.o., using quantitative research methodology. The thesis is divided into a theoretical, analytical, and design part. The theoretical part defines basic concepts related to motivation, reward system, overall rewards, and the distribution of employee generations. The second part contains an analysis of the current motivational system of the selected company. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey to determine employee satisfaction with the current motivational program. Based on this information, in the conclusion of the thesis, I propose 9 possible suggestions to improve the current system, which could increase employee satisfaction in the future.
