This bachelor thesis deals with the issues of employee benefits and their tax and accounting aspects. The theoretical part explains the key concepts such as personnel management, motivation and various types of benefits. The analytical part deals with the current benefits provided by employers, as well as their comparison among different companies. The thesis contains some of my suggestions of how to improve the offer of employee benefits, which is associated with the optimization of the company´s costs.

The bachelor’s degree focuses on the employee reward system and proposes possible changes within the selected company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with describing the theoretical foundations of employee rewards, drawn from professional literature and publications on this topic. The second part involves analyzing the current reward system and the influence of internal and external factors on this system. The final part proposes changes to improve the current reward system.

Benefits are an important part of employee compensation. It is also a competitive advantage for the employer in finding new employees and retaining existing ones. The theoretical part of the work mainly deals with issues related to motivation, remuneration and motivational benefits. The analytical part of the work deals with the analysis of motivational benefits and overall employee satisfaction. The last part of the work is focused on designing new motivational benefits that should keep employees satisfied and motivated.

Proposal for Changes of Motivational Programme in a Selected Company.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on evaluating the motivation system and proposing changes to this system in the company ANNOVINO VINAŘSTVÍ LEDNICE s.r.o., using quantitative research methodology. The thesis is divided into a theoretical, analytical, and design part. The theoretical part defines basic concepts related to motivation, reward system, overall rewards, and the distribution of employee generations. The second part contains an analysis of the current motivational system of the selected company. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey to determine employee satisfaction with the current motivational program. Based on this information, in the conclusion of the thesis, I propose 9 possible suggestions to improve the current system, which could increase employee satisfaction in the future.

Process management in a selected company

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of processes in the selected company and the proposal of possible improvements. Within the framework of this objective, the process of "employee selection" in the selected company was analyzed and optimized, which was mapped in detail according to the individual sub-processes within the monitored process, the analysis was carried out including measurement, identification of weak points and proposing solutions leading to the required optimization. The practical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the process management in a specific selected company. The aim of the thesis was to analyse the currently operating processes in the enterprise and to propose their optimisation and to simplify the implementation of the function in the selected processes.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe benefits of employees and the manner in which they are used by employers and utilized by employees; it also concerns arguments for their utilization. The thesis examines tax and accounting aspects of the benefits of employees and determines a solution to the selected types of the benefits from the perspective of Czech legislation.
