Design of Information System for Customer Support

The bachelor thesis pays attention to the proposal of a system supporting the service and customer services. In its first chapter, the thesis describes the key field for customer services, their supply and usage, Furthermore, it speaks about the system of call centres, their types, possibilities and function. The next part submits an analysis of the existing situation in the service network and equipment of a particular company, the second part of the thesis includes a proposal of the complete system to solve the customer support from the point of view of the end users and the service partners. In the evaluating and concluding part, it focuses on the applicability of the system, its implementation and contributions.

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the macroenvironment of companies operating in the market of commercial call centers in the Czech Republic. The analysis is performed from the perspective of a new entity in the existing market, an analysis of the competitive environment and an analysis of the attractiveness of the industry was also performed. Based on analytical work, the author compiles a set of recommendations for a new company entering the industry.
Analysis of the use of telephone selling VIP hospitality for hockey teams

Title: Analysis of the use of telephone selling VIP hospitality for hockey teams Objectives: The main objective of this work is to determine the current status of the use of telesales VIP for hockey teams and on the basis of the general assembly retail concept VIP hospitality over the phone. Methods: The paper used methods of analysis, inquiry and observation. The analysis method was used for the analysis of segmentation current partners of clubs, a method of questioning to determine the use of telephone sales in the sales of individual clubs and finally observation method was used to evaluate the implementation of telephone sales at the club, which it uses to sell VIP hospitality. Results: There was a finding that telesales is not widely used sales technique VIP hospitality. Clubs do not use it at all or incorrectly consequently, the inefficiently. Those who use telephone sales violate the basic principles of this type of sale and does not put enough emphasis staffing these positions. Keywords: telemarketing, VIP hospitality, sponsorship

This thesis focuses on the assessment of possibilities in using software application of statistical methods in the field of data driven enterprise management. This includes a practical demonstration in a form of an analysis of telemarketing and an analysis of the work of company call centre. The thesis also contains assessment of the results of said analysis and recommendations based on them, which are aimed to help the enterprise in related endeavors.

It is also dealing with differences in perception of telemarketing which depend on the consumer´s characteristics. The data for the thesis was acquired through the internet enquiry. The results were statistically analyzed.
System for Company Dealing with Telephoning

The purpose of this master's thesis is to design and create system for company dealing with telephoning, which will simplify and automate the work of their employees as much as possible. System will meet the requirements on modern information system of telemarketing company and will be connected to telephone private branch exchange, from which it will be getting information about all phone calls including their voice records. The work is focused on usage of modern quality technologies and their integration into one system. First part of this work will closely describe requirements on this system and resulting creation of design. In the second part there will be presented used technologies and implementation of particular sections including configuration and connection with telephone private branch exchange. There will be also description of performance measurement process and resulting optimalization of critical sections in which high performance is required.
Reporting Services for Telemarketing Software

This work covers extension of the existing telemarketing software. Functions for creating user defined report were added to this software. The server side is based on the PostgreSQL 8.2 database server. The client side is implemented in language C# using Visual Studio 2005 as development environment.
Business Plan of a Small Educational Company

This master thesis deals with the elaboration of a business plan of a small educational company, that plans to do business in a field of portable planetariums. The thesis analyses a feasibility and a profitability of the business plan. Methods for external and internal analysis of a business were used and based on the results of these analyses, the specific business plan including an economic variation was developed. Based on the results of this work, it can be stated that if the company has a successful telemarketing, it is possible to do business in this area with a good profit.

Analysis of the CRM System of the Chosen Company

The thesis deals with Customer Relationship Management. The theoretical part focuses on the developement of customer relations and the CRM. Analytical part of the thesis is focused on current state of the CRM system assessment being used. From the obtained information and the revealed weaknesses in this company I seek to introduce a proposal of changes and recommendations that should lead to improve the creation and maintenance of customer relationships.
