The outcome of my work is a concept of business plan for specific family business for purpose of its expansion.

The main objective of this thesis is to design a marketing strategy for the agency Motiv P Inc. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts of marketing. The analytical part focuses on a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the company. Based on this analysis, a marketing strategy will be developed that will include suggestions and recommendations for improvement, which will contribute to reaching more potential clients, brand building and consequently obtaining a stronger market position.

The subject of this thesis is to analyze the current situation and design a marketing strategy. The work is divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical and design. The first part is a theoretical overview of the problem of marketing strategy, a description of analytical marketing tools and features in the building. The second part focuses on the analysis of the situation in the company using financial analysis, PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, BCG matrix and SWOT analysis. The third part is to design, formulate marketing strategy using the marketing mix 6P. The conclusion is devoted to communication and promotion mix.

The diploma thesis focuses on the development of business activities of Netcope Technologies a.s. on the U.S. IT technology market. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical knowledge, which is subsequently used in the analytical part. The analysis is subject to the company itself, its competitive environment and the American market. Values from all analyses were summed up into the SWOT and subsequently evaluated. The last part deals with solving these problems which should help the company to increase sales and thus sales on the U.S. market.

Theoretical part explains basic conceps and tools of marketing. In the analytical part are described analysis performed on the company and the current situation of marketing mix. Based on the results of previous parts the final part contains proposal for improving the marketing mix.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the management and financial analysis of the non-profit organization Medou z. s. which operates as a day care center for disabled people. The first part deals with a theoretical description as well as with the origin and the legislative position of non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic. It also sheds some light on strategic planning and the possibilities of financing including the examination of SWOT and STEP analyses. The practical part provides an insight into the non-profit organization Medou z. s. on which both of the aforementioned analyses were employed. Furthermore, the paper discusses the funding of the organization from the beginning until the present day and it proposes procedures to increase success in the social services market.

Thesis name: Ice Hockey Players' Association strategic plan project Thesis aims: The main aim is to describe both external and internal environmental forces of Ice Hockey Players' Association and to design a complex strategic plan project for a specific time period 1.8.2012 - 31.7.2015. Methods: Supportive analytical methods SWOT and STEP were used as a descriptive analysis for identifying the initial situation of the organisation. Within the bounds of the descriptive analysis, focus group, and interview were used. Results: The outcome of this thesis is a complex project of Ice Hockey Players' Association strategic plan based on results of used analyses. The main focus of the Hotel “Pod Zamkem” Diploma Thesis is to project and propose the best marketing strategy and use the most efficient and appropriate promotion method.The Diploma Thesis consist of two parts. The first section is dedicated to clarifying specific marketing terms such as Marketing Mix, Online Marketing Analysis SWOT, STEP Analysis, Porter’s Five Forces Model etc. The second part of the Diploma Thesis deals with more specific practical issues directly applying the theoretical analysis outlined in the first section. Furthermore the hotel quests have been asked to complete questionnaire in order to ascertain their view on future hotel development in order to utilise and enhance customer service in wellness and fitness.
Srovnání sociální struktury běloruského a českého venkova a jeho vlivu na agrobyznys

The bachelor thesis is mainly focused on the analysis of contemporary countryside and mean-ing of agribusiness in the life of the villager. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters: Republic of Belarus and the Czech Republic. Belarusian countryside, demographic structure, human potential, problems and perspectives of development of Belarusian village has been described in detail in the chapter Belarus. The chapter about the Czech Republic gives a general characteristic of the Czech countryside in terms of historical development and state policy towards agriculture. In the practical part, for Belarusian and Czech villages has been conducted the demographic study. Also, in this part of thesis STEP analysis of the rural area of Belarus and the Czech Republic has been carried out. The obtained data were compared with each other and, as a result, has been defined the main differences between Czech and Belorussian countryside and has been determined the significance of the agricultural business in both states.
