This master thesis is focused on the measurement of customer satisfaction and building up the relationship between the company and the customer. The aim of this thesis is to apply gained theoretical data to practical measurement of customer satisfaction in H & M Hennes & Mauritz CZ, s.r.o. The task of the practical side is the proposal of improvement in providing services, according to the result of measurement of the customer satisfaction analysis which was implemented.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is marketing research in a selected company, focused on customer satisfaction analysis. This analysis is focused at customers of 1CSC a.s., which manufactures steel products with main branch in Brno. To achieve the objectives of this thesis, marketing tools are used in the form of analysis supplemented by a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire is focused not only on customer satisfaction, but also on a web project that should bring customers closer to current product offerings. The theoretical part describes the marketing research and applied analysis to the company 1CSC a.s.. The practical part is dedicated to the analysis of the environment of the company 1CSC a.s. and the interpretation of the results of a marketing survey conducted on customers of the selected company. At the end of the thesis, future steps are proposed on the basis of acquired data to improve the current situation.

This diploma thesis deals with customer satisfaction analysis of Hospoda U Hlaváčů using a questionnaire survey and provides proposals for its improvement. The thesis is based on a comparison of theoretical knowledge with practical skills. Theoretical part is focused on market research, customer and questionnaire survey. The practical part analyses and elaborates the obtained results. Based on the data evaluation, several areas requiring improvement were indicated. Proposals to increase the level of customer satisfaction and development of provided services are given.

The diploma thesis is focused on the method of marketing research called mystery shopping. The thesis describes the types of services, customer satisfaction, communication with the customer, marketing research and the mystery shopping and why it is good to use this method. There are also listed and described mystery shopping techniques, who and where they are used. The practical part deals with the analysis of the mystery shopping data that is performed in the selected company. Based on their quality, the data are subjected to a critical analysis and, depending on the results found, recommendations are given on how to avoid or prevent future weaknesses.

The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on explaining the basic theoretical concepts that are used in the practical part. A questionnaire survey is used to determine customer satisfaction. From the obtained data, recommendations are then proposed which should lead to an increase in the level of customer satisfaction with the company’s services.
