Diplomová práce se zabývá studií průběhu zakázky společností, jejíž hlavní specializací je projekční činnost ve stavebnictví. Studie řeší situaci projekční a architektonické kanceláře na trhu a průběh zakázky na základě analýzy jednotlivých činností v jejím rámci. Práce se skládá z části teoretické, analytické a praktické čili návrhové. Část věnovaná teoretickým východiskům vysvětluje základní pojmy a terminologii související s řešenou problematikou. Analytická část rozebírá aktuální stav společnosti samotné, tzn. její vnitřní prostředí a okolí, a následně průběh konkrétní zakázky společností. V závěru analýzy jsou průběh zakázky a situace společnosti zhodnoceny, čímž jsou identifikovány aktuální nedostatky. Řešením práce je předložení vlastních návrhů řešení, které povedou ke zlepšení celkového aktuálního stavu. Podmínky realizace a přínosy navržených opatření jsou nedílnou součástí řešení. This theses examines the process of the order in companies, whose main specialization is the projecting in construction. The study analyses the position of project and architectonical office on the market and process of order based on analysis of related activities. The thesis consists of following parts: theoretical, analytical and practical. Theoretical part describes and clarifies the main concepts and terminology related to the topic. Analytical part analyses current state of the company, i.e. its inner and outer conditions and subsequently, and also the process of concrete contract. The goal of the analysis is to suggest own solutions, which should help to improve the current state of the company. The conditions of the realization and benefits are part of the suggested solution.
