Therapeutic restriction of a patient in a pediatric psychiatry department

Theoretical basis: Therapeutic restrictions or limitations are often taboo, although they are also part of child psychiatry. It is used for restless, aggressive patients who endanger the health of themselves or others. Therapeutic limitations use must follow given regulations. The role of the nurse is irreplaceable and important in these situations. Goals: The aim of this work was to chart the issue od therapeutic restrictions in children psychiatry department. Four research questions were used to accomplish goals. Questions are: What kind of restraints are used in the children psychiatric ward? How is the safety of pediatric pacient ensured during the therapeutic restriction in children psychiatric ward? Are there some specifics in nursing care for the patient with therapeutic restrictions? How are nurses educated in the issue of therapeutic restriction in pediatric psychiatric department? Methods: The empirical part of the work was processed in the form of qualitative reseacher. Data were collected as a semi-structured interviews. Another metod of data collection was covert observation. Based on this data collection, there were created five categories and eleven subcategories. Reseacher file: The research group was consisted of twenty three nurses, who work in the department of child and adolescent psychiatry. The selection of patiens was purposeful. Results: Research proved that restraints are an integral part of child psychiatry. The most commonly used therapeutic restrictions are courts. Respondents have shown that the work is according to standards and adhere to the principles in terms of safety. The research has shown that proper nursing documentation and education are required. Research has shown that nurses act professionally, they also take care about patient needs and privacy. It turned out that nurses are on better level of knowledge about practical use than a knowledge of theoretical nursing standard. Conclusion: Therapeutic limitations of patients in the pediatric psychiatric ward cannot be neglected or omitted. This thesis could serve as an educational materiál for many nurses, especially if they are new to the field. Continuing education in this area is desirable for nurses. This work could serve as an educational material for the general public, who could possibly encouter therapeutic limitations, for example with their own child.

The goal of this thesis is to design and develop a modular framework that simplifies the database application development and prevents inexperienced users from using unsafe SQL statements and/or expressions. The example of such a statement can be the insert statement without explicit column list, unsafe XPath expression, etc. The framework provides among others manipulation with history tables allowing versioning of data and reverting unwanted data changes asynchronous and parallel SQL execution support, error management and logging support, monitoring of schema changes as well as procedure and function debugging Together with means of data manipulation, the framework provides the simple way of publishing stored procedure as web service as well. Restrictions of the land ownership (causes and legal forms)

In the context of efficiency the new legislation particularly of the private law and also within the changes regarding public law this thesis attempts to substantiate and specify various forms of restrictions of land ownership. It also deals with the specification of causes that lead to these restrictions and emphasize the nature of ownership. Emphasis is besides explaining of necessary legal concepts devoted also to the analyse new legal principles, institutes and provisions as well as their impact on the regulatory environment. According to the factual division the thesis analyzes and explains by the existing and new legislation selected restrictions of land ownership within the private and public law. Evidence of these various restrictions and even the potential harm compensations also have their importance, and are therefore also in the thesis included.

Personal assistant and assistant at primary school

Bakalářská práce se zabývá integrací žáků se speciálními potřebami a přizpůsobením školní výuky. Zdůrazňuji profesi asistenta pedagoga, která by bez integrace těchto žáků do běžných škol nikdy nevznikla a profesi osobního asistenta, kteří také působí na základní škole, ale nejsou však pedagogickým personálem. Práce poukazuje na klady a zápory, které přináší profese pomáhajícího. Jaké nebezpečí mohou zaměstnance postihnout, jaké jsou práva a povinnosti asistenta pedagoga a zároveň jasně vyjadřuje rozdíly mezi osobním asistentem a asistentem pedagoga. Do jakého rezortu patří, jak jsou finančně ohodnoceny, jaká kvalifikace musí být pro danou profesi. K danému tématu není dostatek literatury a studií. Práce proto vychází z různých zdrojů a názorů pracovníků. Campaign Finance in the U.S. : McCain-Feingold Reform

The United States has a long history of political campaigns. The Bipartizan Campaign Reform Act of 2002, also known as McCain-Feingold, was the last attempt to regulate the campaign finance. Being enacted in order to cover the loopholes that occurred in the Federal Election Campaign Act, this act banned the "soft money", it modified the rules for the pre- electional broadcasting, and it brought special restrictions for self-financing candidates. These changes succeeded to be enacted by both chambers of Congress, were signed by the President and upheld by the Supreme Court in the McConnell v. FEC landmark decision. However, the impact of the reform didn't quite meet the expectations of its supporters.

The easements from the perspective of Financial law

The thesis aims to map, from the perspective of the Financial law with overflow to Civil and Administrative law issues of the easements, in favour of the public infrastructure of network operators. Its content is an analysis of this legal institute from its historical development, definition, classification of the existing financially legal consequences, through financial analysis of practical examples of easements with the impact of the legal practice of financially both public and private spheres, for predicting the development of this issue for the effectiveness of the new civil code. Institute of easement is analysed mainly with an emphasis on the specificities of the public elements with a direct effect to the management of local government units, or the state itself, with efforts to find an effective balance of losses and benefits associated.

Some disfranchisement and limitation of property rights of immovable things in Czech administrative law Summary nThis work deal with some disfranchisement and limitation of property rights of immovable things in Czech administrative law. The work have three main points of interest. First point is discribtion substantive conditions disfranchisement and limitation of property rights. I analyze difference between limitation property according to Art. 11 para. 3 and Art. 11 para. 4 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. It was made "algoritmus intenzity" "the algorithm of intensity" for this diferenciace. There is discribtion substantive conditions of disfranchisement and limitation of property rights according to Art. 11 para. 4: "in public interest under the rule of law and with compensation.", according to Art. 11 para. 3: "under the rule of law, proportionality, general interest" and loock for difference of disfranchisement and limitation of property rights in international documents for example the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms from 1950.
