3D model of the selected object
Mrůzek, Tomáš ; Volařík, Tomáš (referee) ; Kalvoda, Petr (advisor)
This diploma thesis describes the implementation of a 3D model of two objects using laser scanning. This paper deals with the accuracy evaluation of several data interpretation. The first two methods are the outputs of the results from the FARO SCENE program and other interpretations are the outputs from the TRIMBLE REAL WORKS program. To assess accuracy and veracity, the exact test field of points previously built in the AdMas complex was used. The result of the project is a georeferenced 3D model of two objects with the surrounding environment.
3D Scene Reconstruction from Images
Fuchsík, Ondřej ; Zahrádka, Jiří (referee) ; Španěl, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with scene reconstruction from images using RGB--D senzo Microsoft Kinect. The aim of the work is to create model of the room in form of points from scanned data, from witch is created plan of the interior. A large part of the work deals with the point cloud registration, thus existing methods and their descriptions. Further, a projection of points on a plane and detection of edges in the obtained image are discussed. The work experimentally examines the influence of recording and the recorded environment on results.
Software Module for Point Clouds Display in Virtual Reality
Bařinka, Martin ; Chromý, Adam (referee) ; Žalud, Luděk (advisor)
Goal of this bachelor's thesis is development of application for rendering multispectral pointclouds, meshes and transparent meshes. Input data can be generated by different types of scaners. This thesis describes types of equipment for virtual reality display. There are basic data about virtual reality history, compares popular formats for 3D model storage. Thesis describes program features and contains user guide. Finally there is analysis and evaluation of each optimalisation at defined conditions.
Design and implementation of the robotic platform for an experimental laboratory task
Juříček, Martin ; Matoušek, Radomil (referee) ; Parák, Roman (advisor)
Pokročilá robotika se nemusí vždy pouze pojit s Průmyslem 4.0, nýbrž nachází své uplatnění i kupříkladu v konceptu Smart Hospital. Pokrok v této oblasti umocnilo onemocnění koronaviru (COVID-19), přičemž každé ulehčení práce zdravotnímu personálu je vítáno. V rámci této diplomové práce byla navrhnuta a implementována experimentální robotická platforma s hlavní funkcí stěru vzorků z předsíně dutiny nosní. Robotická platforma představuje kompletní integraci softwaru a hardwaru, kde má operátor přístup k webově založené aplikaci a může ovládat řadu funkcí.
Detection and Vizualization of Features in a Point Cloud
Kratochvíl, Jiří Jaroslav ; Mikeš, Josef (referee) ; Martišek, Dalibor (referee) ; Procházková, Jana (advisor)
The point cloud is an unorganized set of points with 3D coordinates (x, y, z) which represents a real object. These point clouds are acquired by the technology called 3D scanning. This scanning technique can be done by various methods, such as LIDAR (Light Detection And Ranging) or by utilizing recently developed 3D scanners. Point clouds can be therefore used in various applications, such as mechanical or reverse engineering, rapid prototyping, biology, nuclear physics or virtual reality. Therefore in this doctoral Ph.D. thesis, I focus on feature detection and visualization in a point cloud. These features represent parts of the object that can be described by the well--known mathematical model (lines, planes, helices etc.). The points on the sharp edges are especialy problematic for commonly used methods. Therefore, I focus on detection of these problematic points. This doctoral Ph.D. thesis presents a new algorithm for precise detection of these problematic points. Visualization of these points is done by a modified curve fitting algoritm with a new weight function that leads to better results. Each of the proposed methods were tested on real data sets and compared with contemporary published methods.
Laserscanning scanning for Building Information Modelling (BIM)
Jelínková, Hedvika ; Kuruc, Michal (referee) ; Volařík, Tomáš (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a building information model using laser scanning. The first part describes laser scanning, the second part describes the use of BIM in the world and in the Czech Republic. The next section describes the process of creating a building information model.
Basement model of the house in Revit
Vystavěl, Ondřej ; Volařík, Tomáš (referee) ; Berková, Alena (advisor)
The aim of my bachelor thesis is to make a model of basement of a slab block in software Revit Architecture. In the theoretical part of my thesis my aim was to make out chapters of methodical manual. The thesis mainly mentions chapters concerning how to use the work environment, preparatory work for modelling, creation of walls, building foundations and graphical outputs. Work with point cloud is outlined in the thesis as well. Solution of discrepancies between bases which was found out during work is also described.
IMPROVEMENT OF DIGITAL MODEL BY LASER SCANNING METHODS
Tyagur, Nataliya ; Václav, Šafář (referee) ; Hana, Staňková (referee) ; Bartoněk, Dalibor (referee) ; Hanzl, Vlastimil (advisor)
The doctoral thesis deals with mobile laser scanning and data processing. Mobile laser scanning was carried out in the Moravian Karst in Suchy zleb and Pusty zleb at various seasons. Further scanning was carried out at the Training Forest Enterprise Masaryk Forest Křtiny. The Riegl VMX-450 scanner was used to collect 3D data. The data files were processed in the OPALS software. For the extraction of ground and non-ground points from the laser cloud, a combination of hierarchical interpolation and robust filtering was used. Subsequently, the terrain points were used to model digital terrain models with grids 0.05 x 0.05 m, 0.25 x 0.25 m, 1 x 1 m. Furthermore, digital models from Moravian Karst were compared with the Digital relief model of the Czech Republic 4G and reference points. Digital models from Masaryk Forest Křtiny were compared with photogrammetric and terrestrial data. The high accuracy of the derived DTMs is about 0.10 m. The high quality of the derived DTM can be used to monitor and analyze field changes and morphological structures.
