Interpersonal relationships in school communities

The aim of this work is to gather relevant information about interpersonal relationships in the teaching staff of selected secondary schools and to show how they are perceived, understood, experienced and reflected by their participants. The result of this work is to propose principles and recommendations leading to the optimization of relationships between teachers. This work, in the terms of qualitative research, used the design of case study. Research techniques are semistructured interview and participant observation. Through them, information was gathered on relationships between teachers, teachers and school management and teachers and other people, with whom they come into contact within the scope of their profession. These relationships were then qualitatively analyzed based on open coding, categorization, typology, contrasting, generalization and validation of communication. The result of the investigation was that six schools out of four have the interpersonal relationships on a good level, educators are happy at work and their good mood and feelings are transmitted to the whole school climate. Education Management Role in Establishing and Managing the School Consulting Department

Final thesis deals with the role and status of guidance services in educational process in elementary school, the role of managers in the implementation and coordination of counselling services at school and their contribution to managing the work of management schools. This work deals with the theoretical explanation of the conceptual plans of the school advisory services, consulting service models in primary schools and finally focuses on the goals and activities of school counselling work and his contribution to the educational work of schools. Attention is paid to the integration of the school counselling department management in the conceptual work of the school guidance staff teamwork and cooperation with other school teachers. This work is based on literature and the information it obtained from the probes and knowledge and experience of the author, the results can be applied to control the activities of managers.
Evaluation of the academic educational system focusing on education of students with special needs

Diploma thesis deals with education and development of students with special educational needs in tertiary education. The aim of the thesis is to analyze documents that are related to education of people with special needs and to compare a supporting system setting at individual universities. The thesis is based not only on professional literature knowledge, both world and Czech, but also on a research that has been done at chosen universities. The research part includes content analysis, which systematically describes contents of special education documents, and compares the supporting system setting at selected universities, which is extended by interviews with the head workers of consulting centers.
