Law and social regulation of drug addiction

The topic of my thesis is the legal and social regulation of drug addiction. The drugs phenomenon stays a global and constant societal problem. I started to be interested in drug issue shortly after revolution, after I attended my very first talk about drugs within the school education. The aim of my thesis was to map development and current situation of drug problems, especially drug scene state, national and European drug policy, analysis of legislation, and last but not least, prevention, treatment and subsequent rehabilitation of drug addicts in the Czech Republic and European Union countries. Czech Republic came closer to European countries with the introduction of new criminal legislation. However, despite all efforts of harmonization of the European Union differences between countries exist in the legal framework and specific procedures in the field of drug. Individual states have their own characteristics in the drugs field, and therefore we cannot generalize uniform procedures for all states. Nevertheless, sub-national practices could stand for inspiration for the Czech Republic in similar cases. Legal regulation of the product placement a its utilization by the czech television

The main aspects of this thesis is the analysis of the legal regulation of the product placement and its utilization by the Czech television. Czech law comes from the Directive 2007/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, therefore several chapters are dedicated to secondary law of the European Union. The last part of this thesis includes few ideas about the law de lege ferenda. The second part of this thesis consists of the application of the product placement by the Czech television and there is a comparative analysis with selected television shows from around the world. The comparison is made with the similar shows in regards to their format and style. The result is a recommendation how to apply product placement in the future and kind of mistakes could be prevented.
Organization of a long-term school trip

This thesis deals with organization of a long-term school trip, which means organization of a sojourn for primary school pupils in surrounding which is beneficial to pupils' health while their education is not interrupted. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on those law regulations, which have to be followed in the process of organizing a long-term school trip and during the time the event is taking place. Basic concepts dealing with the organization of a long-term school trip are also defined in the theoretical part of this thesis. The practical part of this thesis is based on collecting data through a survey and dialogues with teachers. The aim of the survey and those dialogues is to find out the interest of primary school teachers who teach at schools located in Prague 1 and in Prague 2 in organizing a long- term school trip and to detect their experience which they have acquired by organizing long- school trips. The aim of this paper is to focus on the legislation of the organic agriculture in The Czech Republic. This paper summarises the relevant legislation in The Czech Republic in accordance with the legislation of The European Union. The thesis is composed of nine chapters and each addresses various aspects of the organic agriculture. In order to create a complete summary of this topic, each chapter builds on the previous one. Chapter One introduces the topic of my thesis. The chapter is subdivided into three subchapters and each subchapter discusses the basic relations of the organic agriculture, the protection of the environment, the historical development of the organic agriculture in The Czech Republic and in the world and the current development based on statistics. The diploma thesis focuses on the legal regulation of hunting and gamekeeping. The aim of the diploma thesis entitled "Legal regulation of hunting" is a broad summarization of the historical development and the correlated alterations of the legislative framework in gamekeeping. In order to gain a deeper understanding of the historical context, the thesis focuses on the development of gamekeeping legislation from the early Middle Ages to presently effective legal regulation. The implicit part of the thesis is the evaluation and the reflection of the legislation applied in practice. The overall conclusion contains a proposal for possible legislative changes de lege ferenda. The first part of the thesis gives an overview of the historical development and the early legal regulations of gamekeeping, utilizing the important legal acts, which presented fundamental changes to the legal framework of gamekeeping. Legal regulation of the status of political parties in the Czech Republic

1 Abstract The aim of the thesis is to present a comprehensive picture of the legal regulation governing the status and activities of political parties in the Czech Republic, to point out its weaknesses and, where appropriate, to present de lege ferenda proposals. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part deals with the general development of modern political parties and the reasons that led to their institutionalization. Then, it presents the development of the legal regulation of political parties in the Czech lands, starting with the revolutionary events of 1848 and 1849 and ending with the establishment of the independent Czech Republic. The quasi-institution of political movements, whose presence in the legal system cannot be defended in any way, is also presented. The second part deals with the constitutional incorporation of political parties. At the constitutional level, the privileged role of political parties in the political system is explicitly recognised. Safeguards for the free development of political parties are enshrined here, but also their obligation to respect fundamental democratic principles. This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of the impact of legal regulation on the business model during its formulation and implementation. This work outlines the theoretical background in which are described the key concepts of work, strategic management and strategy, the insured strategy of corporate and business strategy and innovative approach as a business model Canvas. Furthermore, the basic characteristics of the level and method of legal regulation are outlined. The analytical part presents a specific business model, which will be used to reveal key areas subjected to legislation, which will then be compared with the solutions of the most successful companies in the given area. Based on these findings, the design part deals with the formulation and implementation of the business model so that it is legally compliant at both national and supranational levels, with the economic impact of the selected solution according to the degree of complexity and risk.

Domestic violence - comparisson of Czech ane U. S. legal regulation Abstract The aim of the thesis is to introduce legal regulation of domestic violence in Czech Republic and in the United States of America including mutual comparison. The body of this thesis is divided into three main segments. The first segment defines the issue of domestic violence through characterizing its typical signs, forms and cycle. The second segment focuses on domestic violence in the Czech Republic with concise overview of the current legislation, forms of protection against domestic violence provided by the private law (especially the legislation within the Civil Code and the Act on Special Judicial Procedures). Following is the introduction to legislation on protection from domestic violence as defined in the Criminal Law. As it is not possible to subsume the phenomenon of domestic violence under a singular substance of criminal offense, the scope of this segment includes analysis of a variety of such substances that are applicable during criminal offense investigation. Environmental legal aspects of climbing

The presented thesis analyzes legal regulation concerning protection of nature and landscape in relation to climbing in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to create a comprehensive overview on legal aspects of climbing and its critical analysis. For these reasons the thesis attends to another activity closely connected to climbing which is movement of persons in free nature. Rights of owners of properties as one of the important private law aspects is considered as well. The key part addresses itself to legal regulation of climbing in specially protected areas which are important locations for the subject activity. Conclusions of the thesis are based on not only legislative and regulatory acts, but many administrative decisions and measures of general nature issued by nature conservation authority. The thesis is divided into six thematically intertwined chapters.
