View of teachers on preschool education of children with special educational needs in time

The topic of the thesis is a look at special and pre-school education in the Czech Republic in the past 30 years. To better understand the interdependence of the development of special education, however, some chapters are devoted to the period before 1989. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is focused on legislation and documents that significantly influenced special and pre-school education, on the topic of integration / inclusion in education and also on the system of teacher education after 1989 to the present and the position of teaching assistant. The practical part analyzes information obtained in the form of an interview with the kindergarten teachers addressed. The aim of this work was to find out how kindergarten teachers perceive the changes that preschool and special education have undergone during the past 30 years.
Possible bariers related to common education in kindergartens

Tato práce se zabývá tématem společného vzdělávání v předškolním vzdělávání. Hlavním cílem práce je odhalit možné bariéry společného vzdělávání a posoudit, zda jsou mateřské školy schopny přijímat žáky se speciálními potřebami a splnit tak zásady společného vzdělávání. Práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické časti. Teoretická část zahrnuje vývoj terminologie společného vzdělávání, ukázku vzdělávacích programů a podpůrných opatření, popisuje dítě se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a dítě mimořádně nadané, význam předškolního vzdělávání, školní prostředí a profesi pedagoga, dále bariéry společného vzdělávání v mateřských školách a pojem šikany. Praktická část obsahuje dotazníkové šetření mezi řediteli a pedagogy mateřských škol, výsledky dotazníkového šetření, dva příběhy dětí se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami ve třídě z praxe a na závěr návrh na řešení bariér společného vzdělávání v mateřské škole. The role of assistant teacher in the process of inclusive education in conditions of the particular elementary school

The aim of the diploma thesis called The role of a teaching assistant in the process of inclusive education in conditions of the particular elementary school is to find out, which aspects of inclusive education are fulfilled at the selected elementary school. The assessment is based on the research containing the analysis of school documents, personal attendance and observations at the selected school and structured interviews. Furthermore, on the basis of interviews with teacher assistants and selected teachers in a particular elementary school, the aim is to find out how the cooperation between selected teaching professions works and whether this cooperation meets the inclusion requirements, which are determined according to the study of professional literature. The theoretical part is divided into several areas. The main theme is inclusion. Other areas include the subjects of inclusion, such as schoolchild with special needs, teacher assistant and teacher. Inclusion of children with physical disabilities in nursery school

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of inclusion of children with physical disabilities in pre- primary education. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge of the development and current state of common education of children in pre-primary facilities. The legislative framework for education of children with physical disabilities in the Czech Republic is analyzed. The specifics of education of children with physical disabilities and possibilities of their support in kindergarten are outlined. Attention is also paid to the requirements for the personality of a teacher or pedagogical assistant in an inclusive environment in interaction with children with physical disabilities. In the practical part, the methodological basis of empirical research is first defined, which consisted in processing a number of case studies of children with physical disabilities, which were included in pre-primary education in mainstream nursery schools. The data were collected through in-depth interviews with nursery school teachers and analysis of school documents and other documentation for individual children. Role of teacher assistant in the kindergarten class for children with speech and language disorders

The diploma thesis focuses on the role of teacher assistant in the nursery class. Its aim is to capture the activities that the assistant teacher performs in this class through qualitative research. The main aim of the research was to describe the activities of the teacher assistant that support pupils directly in the logopedic class of the kindergarten. The research was carried out at the nursery class of the kindergarten. The case studies of five pupils were processed on the basis of documentary analysis and observation and teacher assistant activities were categorized. It has been found that pupils has disruptive communication skills that has been shown since the beginning of development and, besides communication skills, involves in other areas of development. Teacher assistant pays attention to all pupils in the class. Activities that encourage them to engage in education and all kindergarten activities do not differ in content. His work focuses mainly on ensuring understanding, orientation and involvement of pupils in every situation. Team cooperation in the education of pupils with special educational needs

The diploma thesis focuses on the theme of cooperation and communication that takes place in schools as part of the education of pupils with special educational needs. This thesis is divided into two main parts. In the first part, the author draws on theoretical knowledge and, based on the work with the available literature, she prepares three main areas related to the topic. This first area focusing on special educational needs with a more detailed description of the most common support measures - individual educational plan and teacher assistant. Another area deals with counseling outside and within the school, including counselors. The conclusion of the first part is devoted to general and pedagogical communication. The first theoretical part is gassing, the empirical part follows. At the beginning of the empirical part are described the used research methods and the choice of the research sample. The following is a description of the functioning of the education of pupils with specific educational needs at a selected elementary school in the Central Bohemian Region. Attitudes of kindergarten teachers to inclusive education

This diploma thesis deals with problematics of inclusive education in kindergarten. This study aimed to determine kindergarden teachers's attitudes to inclusive education. The other objectives of this project are to analyze proposals and recommendations of addressed teachers concerning increasing efficiency of inclusive education. Apart from that, the present work also describes how teachers perceive the role of teacher assistant in inclusive education. This research is divided into a theoretical and practical part. First part describes theoretical resources of inclusive education in kindergarten. It defines key notions of inclusive education, charakterizes preschool child, kindergarten itself and education of children with special educational needs in kindergartens. The practical part analyzes information, which was gained during dialogues with teachers in kindergarten. The objective of this part was to determine kindergarten teacher's oppinions and attitudes to inclusive education. In a conclusion of the research achieved konwledge is compared with conformable research, which where done in described problematics.
Cooperation between family and school

The content of the diploma thesis is to characterize the features of a quality school and find out whether the cooperation between the school and the family is also included in this term. In the theoretical part I focus mainly on research on cooperation and on the interest of cooperation with the school by parents, public and media. An important part is the typology of parental expectations towards school, its work and the education of students. Then I summarize traditional and non-traditional forms of cooperation, which are applied on Czech schools. I also characterize teacher assistant role during the lessons, his cooperation with teacher and parents. The aim of the practical part is to monitor the cooperation between the family and the school from the point of view of the beginning teacher and the assistant teacher. From the assistant teacher, it is about the way how is looked at his role in the teaching process, how his work scope is defined, his expectations and mainly the way how he communicates with the parents. From a beginner teacher's point of view I focus on the way how to implement quality communication with the teacher assistant, to define his and my work scope and together with him get the effectively communication with the parents.
