Posibilities of movement predispositions in preschool children

Title: Posibilities of movement predispositions in preschool children Objectives: The aim of the work is to compare the kindergartens on the basis of the information obtained from the respondent sof the selected kindergartens, to select the one that has the best prerequisites for the physical development of children and to develop a suitable programme within the framework of the evaluation. Methods: Direct questioning was used as the method and the responses were entered into a rekord sheet and then processed. The interview took place in the environment of selected Prague kindergartens. Results: The results of the work showed that the biggest problems were the size of the premises, the low number of hours of psysical activities and the small number of teachers present during the activities. The Confidence Gap and Its Influence on Women in Leadership

Confidence gap a její vliv na participaci žen ve vedoucích pozicích Michaela Kudrnáčová Abstract This thesis is aimed on the gap between male and female confidence and its influence on women in leadership. The paper serves as a summary of the most important current information concerning this topic. The aim is to find the extend of the deficit of women's confidence on participation on women in leadership, and to identify this problem in the Czech context. Depending on the literature and other available empirical findings, women are to a great extend lead to the stereotypical behaviour since their young age. This is highly influenced by the corresponding gender roles and it can result in the deficit in their confidence and also negatively influence the participation in the leadership. Findings of this paper open a societal discussion about the way women are perceived and accepted by the society, and the way to change the situation of working women for the better.
Stimulation of strength, speed, and coordination, abilities in the ice hockey goaltender

Thesis title: Stimulation of strength, speed and coordination abilities in the ice hockey goaltender. Aim of the thesis: To describe theoretical basis of stimulation in ice hockey goaltenders. To design a model of goaltender's strength, speed and coordination training and to find suitable methods, means and forms of the stimulation of strength, speed and coordination abilities focused on youth teams and older goaltenders. Method: Qualitative analysis of document contents was used to identify the main theoretical basis of stimulation of goaltenders strength, speed and coordination abilities. Determiners of goaltenders' strength, speed and coordination development were described on the basis of deeper analysis. The main theoretical resources were finally integrated into a logical complex by the method of synthesis. On this basis the conception of strength, speed and coordination abilities stimulation could have been set up and suitable methods, means and forms of the goaltenders' strength, speed and coordination training could have been chosen with focus on youth teams and older goaltenders. Parkour as a new gymnastic sport

Theme: Parkour as new gymnastic sport Aims: The aim of this work is to introduce parkour as a new gymnastic sport and, based on the somatotypes measurements, define optimal profile of an athlet for this kind of sport with expressing differences in somatotypes with respect to individual parkour disciplines. Methods: To identify optimal parkour somatotype, there was made the measurement which includes survey of body weight using personal scale, height using altimeter, a biceps circumference in the contraction and calf circumference using measuring tape, a biepycondillary dimension of the humerus and femur using thoracometer and the thickness of skinfolds on the triceps, under the shoulder blade, over the hip, and calf using caliper pliers. The measured values of individual parameters were processed using Excel. Results: The group of probands participating in the research was composed of 50 men and 10 women who are doing this new gymnastic sport. Statistical processing of somatic characteristics of individual probands and its conversion into graphic format resulted in graphs of optimal somatotypes for this new sport separately for men and women. Development of the labor and education market according to contemporary social and futurological sciences

: The thesis focuses on the topic of the future of education and labor markets, which follows through the perspective of two scientific perspectives - social sciences and futurological sciences. The aim is to describe the view of these two disciplines on the future development of these two specific markets and to map the expected scenarios of the future development. The view of both disciplines is presented through qualitatively elaborated professional periodicals. The main topic addressed by the authors of both scientific disciplines was the impact of technological progress on the future of the labor markets and changes in the disappearance and creation of jobs. Another important element is connectivity and sharing.
