The work focuses on human resource management in a small company with an emphasis on employee compensation and provided benefits. The theoretical part of the work aims to clarify concepts related to compensation and employee motivation. The analytical part consists of analysing the current motivational system, employee and management opinions on the existing compensation system, as well as an analysis of the competitive environment. The final section presents proposals for improving the motivational system – the first aiming to satisfy employee preferences, the second considering the company's capabilities, and the last one in line with current trends in the labour market

The bachelor thesis deals in detail with the issue of reconciling personal and professional life. This thesis is structured in three main parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical foundations, where knowledge about the reconciliation of personal and professional life is presented, as well as the processes involved in this reconciliation. The second part deals with a detailed introduction of the analyzed enterprise, provides an overview of its economic situation and includes the results of a questionnaire survey involving employees of the enterprise in the finance department and employees of other enterprises. The third part presents 3 concrete proposals based on the analysis of the questionnaire survey. These suggestions are aimed at improving the work-life balance of employees, which could help to achieve a better balance.
Proposal for Changes of Motivational Programme in a Selected Company

The thesis focuses on the proposal of changes in the concept of the existing motivation program for employees in the selected organization. A comprehensive literature search and analysis of the current state of the incentive system is carried out. Within the analysis, the method of non-standardized questioning is chosen for data collection, namely utilizing in-depth semi-structured interviews with employees of the company. The interviews are conducted with 16 respondents from the sales, finance, and production departments. The interview data is thematically coded using MAXQDA to identify key preferences and determine employee satisfaction. Based on the analysis, the following measures are proposed to improve the current incentive system: additional supplementary pension savings, flexible working hours, differentiated holiday schemes, implementation of another company event, and home-office unification. The thesis also includes the implementation of changes using Lewin's change management model.
Proposal for Changes of Motivational Programme in a Selected Company.

This bachelor thesis focuses on motivational program for employees at TDK Electronics s.r.o. and its potential changes aimed at improving employee job satisfaction. In the theoretical part, basic motivation theories and current trends in motivational systems are introduced. The analytical part focuses on a detailed examination of the current state of the company's motivational program and the analysis of employee satisfaction with this motivational program using interview methods and supplementary observation methods. From the analysis, it emerged that employees are most dissatisfied with the financial compensation for their work (372 employees), limited selection of company benefits (308 employees), lack of information regarding the company's future (301 employees), and poor quality workwear and footwear (151 employees). The outputs of this analysis are then utilized in the practical part to formulate practical suggestions for improving employee satisfaction. These suggestions include introducing new elements into the existing motivational system, such as implementing forms for employees to express their opinions and suggestions regarding employee benefits, holding regular meetings with company management to increase employee awareness, and introducing anonymous surveys. Finally, a solution to dissatisfaction with work clothing and footwear is proposed. The result of the work should be a more efficient, flexible, and well-adapted motivational program that reflects the current needs and expectations of employees, promotes their engagement, and increases their loyalty to the organization.
Employee Motivation and Remuneration in a Selected Company

The thesis deals with motivation and remuneration of employees in a selected company. Based on a questionnaire survey, satisfaction with the reward system is identified and, following changes in legislation, areas in the benefit reward system requiring innovation are found. Subsequently, recommendations such as a new benefit remuneration system and the creation of a new job position are proposed.

First, based on a literature search in the context of the Czech legislation, it defines the theoretical requirements of individual benefits. Using personal interviews and subsequent analysis, it addresses how to choose an appropriate remuneration system in a company with a higher level of employee turnover. Finally, two proposals reflecting requirements of employees and management of the company are set out.
Proposal of Changes in the Concept of Work-life Balance in a Selected Company

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of work-life balance, or the reconciliation of work and personal life in a selected company. The goal of the work is focused on the analysis of the current state in the area of work-life balance and the subsequent proposal of such a change, the implementation of which will harmonize the work and personal life of employees. To achieve the goal, it was necessary to achieve sub-goals, which divide the work into three parts – theoretical, analytical and design part. The theoretical part examines the characteristics of the problem associated with the subject of the bachelor's thesis on the basis of the available literature. Basic concepts of work-life balance, reconciliation tools, flexible forms of work, consequences of poor reconciliation, motivation and remuneration are defined here. The analytical part describes the current situation of the company, which was analyzed using the methods of questionnaire survey and analysis of the obtained data. The purpose of the questionnaire survey was to find out employees' satisfaction with their work-life balance and consisted of thirty-three questions. The results of the questionnaire showed that more than half of the employees think that they properly balance their work life with their personal life. The design part contains the developed recommendations and the estimated costs needed to apply these designs in one year. Among these proposals, I have included new alternative forms of work, seminars for management and employees, new forms of motivation, etc., which should lead to an improvement of the concept of work-life balance in the company.
