Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku work-life balance neboli slaďování pracovního a osobního života ve vybrané společnosti. Cíl práce je zaměřen na realizaci analýzy stávajícího stavu v oblasti work-life balance a následné navrhnutí takové změny, jejíž implementací dojde k harmonizaci pracovního a osobního života zaměstnanců. K dosažení cíle bylo zapotřebí dosáhnout dílčích cílů, které rozdělují práci na tři části – teoretickou, analytickou a návrhovou část. Teoretická část zkoumá charakteristiku problematiky spojenou s tématem bakalářské práce na základě dostupné literatury. Jsou zde definovány základní pojmy work-life balance, nástroje slaďování, flexibilní formy práce, následky špatného slaďování, motivace a odměňování. Analytická část popisuje současnou situaci společnosti, která byla analyzována pomocí metod dotazníkového šetření a analýze získaných dat. Dotazníkové šetření mělo za úkol zjistit spokojenost zaměstnanců s jejich rovnováhou mezi pracovním a osobním životem a tvořilo jej třicet tři otázek. Výsledky dotazníku ukázaly, že více než půlka zaměstnanců si myslí, že správně slaďují svůj pracovní život s osobním. Návrhová část obsahuje vypracované doporučení a odhadované náklady potřebné k aplikaci těchto návrhů za jeden rok. Mezi tyto návrhy jsem zařadila nové alternativní formy práce, semináře pro vedení i zaměstnance, nové formy motivace atd., které mají vést ke zlepšení konceptu work-life balance ve společnosti. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of work-life balance, or the reconciliation of work and personal life in a selected company. The goal of the work is focused on the analysis of the current state in the area of work-life balance and the subsequent proposal of such a change, the implementation of which will harmonize the work and personal life of employees. To achieve the goal, it was necessary to achieve sub-goals, which divide the work into three parts – theoretical, analytical and design part. The theoretical part examines the characteristics of the problem associated with the subject of the bachelor's thesis on the basis of the available literature. Basic concepts of work-life balance, reconciliation tools, flexible forms of work, consequences of poor reconciliation, motivation and remuneration are defined here. The analytical part describes the current situation of the company, which was analyzed using the methods of questionnaire survey and analysis of the obtained data. The purpose of the questionnaire survey was to find out employees' satisfaction with their work-life balance and consisted of thirty-three questions. The results of the questionnaire showed that more than half of the employees think that they properly balance their work life with their personal life. The design part contains the developed recommendations and the estimated costs needed to apply these designs in one year. Among these proposals, I have included new alternative forms of work, seminars for management and employees, new forms of motivation, etc., which should lead to an improvement of the concept of work-life balance in the company.
