Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací a odměňováním zaměstnanců prostřednictvím benefitů z pohledu daňových předpisů. Nejprve na základě literární rešerše v souvislosti s legislativou České republiky vymezuje teoretické náležitosti jednotlivých benefitů. Pomocí osobního dotazování a následné analýzy řeší, jak ve společnosti s vyšší mírou fluktuace zaměstnanců vhodně zvolit systém odměňování. Na závěr jsou stanoveny dva návrhy odrážející požadavky zaměstnanců a vedení společnosti. The bachelor thesis deals with the motivation and remuneration of employees through benefits from the perspective of tax regulations. First, based on a literature search in the context of the Czech legislation, it defines the theoretical requirements of individual benefits. Using personal interviews and subsequent analysis, it addresses how to choose an appropriate remuneration system in a company with a higher level of employee turnover. Finally, two proposals reflecting requirements of employees and management of the company are set out.
