The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is the use of project management in practice. In the rst part, it is described the project management, project phases and other important information needed for project management. Next part focuses on the characteristics of company JONCKERS TRANSLATION & ENGINEERING s.r.o. and current status before the project proposal. Further is used of knowledge in project management to solving specic project in company. The main part of this thesis is therefore project proposal of automatic extinguishing system server room.
Marketing strategy of company

The thesis deals with the proposition of marketing strategy for the Internet shop www.babylonshop.cz. Based on theoretical assumptions and analysis of the conditions the firm stands at present, marketing strategy was designed. It should guarantee realization of the larger number of orders. In the practical part analyses are put together and evaluated. Afterwards the suggestions and recommendations are offered. They should secure the increase of sales and regular clients.

This Bachelor thesis analysis the property market prices. First it focuses on the basic points of the real estate market, of which then its divides into more specifics areas focusing also on the facts which affects the market price. The practical part is focused on the number of offered and to compare the average prices of houses, flats and building land per square meter in the cadastral territories of Zlín. For a clearer understanding of the market price for these territories have mentioned them individually and also possibilities to improve them to attract more property buyers explained.
Quality management system for small organization

This diploma thesis deals with a quality management system of a small construction company. The aim is to analyse the existing baseline system and propose specific measures leading to compliance with the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 standard specification. The first three chapters focus on general description and concepts of quality management systems. The next chapter identifies and maps the main processes in the studied construction company and proposes a new quality management system. The last chapter presents general guidelines for creation of management documentation.
Methodology of conservation-restoration of glazed ceramics

The methodology is focused on the conservation-restoration of glazed ceramics with regard to the stability and porosity of the ceramic shard. It provides a comprehensive overview of suitable procedures for processing this type of material. It contains an overview of suitable methods for assessing the degree of damage (both ceramic body and glaze), sampling procedures and methods for identifying chemical and mineralogical composition of ceramics and glazes and the stability of the system. It also describes cleaning options, procedures for consolidation, bonding and filling of missing fragments, and possible retouching of the ceramic body and glaze. It also contains principles for the appropriate storage of these objects and annotated examples are given to understand the individual results.
Redken brand strategy - transition from B2B orientation towards B2C strategy

The main topic of this thesis is the modification of the Redken brand strategy from B2B to B2C orientation. Within the theoretical part, the current beauty market is primarily examined. The most important factors influencing the cosmetics industry are identified, such as the Covid-19 pandemic, the online space of social networks and e-commerce, or current social trends influencing shopping behavior such as the Clean beauty trend or the Self-care trend. Theoretically, the B2B and B2C market and their differences are further defined. The process of creating a strategy and its individual steps are also presented. Last part of the theoretical section is the definition of the Redken brand, its history, values and branding. The practical part includes qualitative research in the form of in-depth individual interviews with respondents from the managerial and hairdressing spheres. The analysis further consists of external environment analysis named PESTLE, customer segment analysis, competition analysis, and SWOT analysis. Based on the obtained primary and secondary data, a strategy is prepared in the form of a tactical annual plan. Comprehensive evaluation of privat pre-school institution with accreditation Ministry of education, youth and sports

This work deals with a comprehensive evaluation of private nursery schools included in the Register of School Legal Entities. The main research problem is the definition of pre- school facilities accredited by the Ministry of Education based on its comprehensive evaluation. The aim is to completely analyze selected preschool institution accredited by the Ministry and subsequently define the field of education with regard to the research assumptions based on laws, regulations, school government documents and documents selected institutions. The object of this work will be private nursery school accredited by the Ministry and will be subject to evaluation of the operation, ie the evaluation of the organization, control, staffing, content and form of education, educational environment and employee satisfaction school. We will analyze the work and the resources and procedures that must be achieved in order for the organization received accreditation. Subsequently, on the basis of a questionnaire we discover how employees organization meets the system operation or you against him in certain areas defined. This BA thesis is concerned with the translation of A history maker, a novel by Alasdair Gray and interpretation and analyses of the methods of translation which were used. It is divided into two parts. The first one is the translation itself which is the main part. The second part deals with the analyses of the translation and methodology that was applied. It focuses on the translation of Scottish dialect and informal speech. The thesis is predominantly aimed at demonstrating some standard translation approaches and practices, using the chosen textual material.
