Tato práce se zabývá komplexní evaluací soukromé mateřské školy zařazené do rejstříku školských právnických osob. Hlavním výzkumným problémem jevymezení předškolního zařízení s akreditací Ministerstva školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy (dále jen MŠMT) v oblasti vzdělávání na základě jeho komplexní evaluace. Cílem práce je kompletně zanalyzovat vybranou předškolní instituci s akreditací MŠMT a následně ji vymezit v oblasti vzdělávání s ohledem na výzkumné předpoklady založené na zákonech, vyhláškách, školských vládních dokumentech a na dokumentech vybrané instituce. Objektem této práce bude soukromá mateřská škola s akreditací MŠMT a předmětem bude evaluace jejího fungování, tedy evaluace organizace, kontroly, personálního zajištění, obsahu a formy vzdělávání, edukačního prostředí a spokojenosti zaměstnanců školy. Analyzovat budeme v práci i prostředky a postupy, kterých musí být dosaženo, aby daná organizace akreditaci získala. Následně na základě dotazníku zjistíme, jak zaměstnancům organizace vyhovuje tento systém působení nebo se vůči němu v určitých oblastech vymezují. Z důvodu objektivního a komplexního pohledu využijeme následné SWOT analýzy, díky které bude stanovena strategie organizace. Závěrem této práce se budeme snažit postihnout fungování soukromé mateřské školy s akreditací MŠMT z... This work deals with a comprehensive evaluation of private nursery schools included in the Register of School Legal Entities. The main research problem is the definition of pre- school facilities accredited by the Ministry of Education based on its comprehensive evaluation. The aim is to completely analyze selected preschool institution accredited by the Ministry and subsequently define the field of education with regard to the research assumptions based on laws, regulations, school government documents and documents selected institutions. The object of this work will be private nursery school accredited by the Ministry and will be subject to evaluation of the operation, ie the evaluation of the organization, control, staffing, content and form of education, educational environment and employee satisfaction school. We will analyze the work and the resources and procedures that must be achieved in order for the organization received accreditation. Subsequently, on the basis of a questionnaire we discover how employees organization meets the system operation or you against him in certain areas defined.
