The master thesis deals with analysis of education in organization ČEZ Měření, s.r.o.. The goal of this thesis is to chart present situation in organization from the management opinion and also from the opinion of employee. The thesis is divided to the free parts. The first part is teoretical, which decribe theoretical topic of education. Second part is methodical with basic description of research sample, goals and methods of research. The last part is focused on research and summarizes the concrete results of research.
The analysis of educational portals for the area of ICT profession.

This diploma thesis deals with electronic educational portals and their applicability in the area of ICT. The aim is to determine key knowledge and skills of ICT professionals and assign those to courses from educational portals. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of definitions of issues elaborated in this work. The particular attention is paid to education and e-learning. Practical part seeks to match key professional knowledge and skills with each ICT professions. In this part graduates'depth of knowledge and skills required by employers are also described. The employers' requirements date to years 2006 and 2010. In the end of the thesis educational portals with most extensive supply of ICT courses in the Czech Republic are listed. From the supply of portals are chosen those courses which follow the knowledge from previous chapters. Consequently, these portals are compared.
The components of a successful company

The theoretical part contains approaches to motivation, its criterions and principles, also cycles, functions of education and educational planning. The content of the practical-analytical part is identification of essences, principles and methods of education and employee motivation, exploring applied technologies and employee care standards on the example of global energy company "Gazprom". Practical part consists of information gained from official web-site of the company and personal conversation with an employee from Gazprom Corporation.

This thesis deals with issues of preparation of graduates from secondary schools who want to pursue a teaching career. It is based on materials related to the preparation of future teachers, describes this issue and clarifies the most common problems. The core of the thesis analyses the ways that are used to ensure preparation of future teachers by particular non-pedagogical universities in the Czech Republic. This study shows and evaluates the contemporary situation and compares the accessibility of required education with the past.
Analysis of the relationship of education and economic growth with the focus on tertiary education

The thesis verifies the relationship between education and economic growth using economic theory and current data about education in the Czech Republic. After verifying this relationship the current state and the form of Czech education are analyzed. Demonstration of declining results of Czech primary and secondary education with the usage of international comparative investigations follows together with the detection of the absence of similar data in tertiary education. These findings direct the main goal of the thesis to ascertain the causes of the declining results of primary and secondary schools and their impact on the quality of higher education. Subsequent analysis of the Czech tertiary education identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the higher education system and also positive and negative trends in this area during the last decade. Final identification of the causes determining the current level and quality of tertiary education leads to the submission of recommendations to improve the quality and increase the competitiveness of Czech universities in international comparisons. Providing top quality education is one of the decisive factors influencing the competitiveness and future economic growth of the country.
Reform of tertiary education and the question of diversification of tertiary education

The thesis should prove the necessity of this reform and at the same time to support the opinion of MŠMT which indicates the clear target why even be interested in the reform. The content of the thesis is also the focus on the necessity of study diversification which should be one of the main pillars of the future reform. I try to explain the diversification from the point of view of its meaning and need for the whole reform and its contribution for the tertiary education including the analysis of the attitudes of the universities. The aim of the thesis is to give the integrate view on the reform of tertiary education, to evaluate the meaning and usefulness of reform, to answer the questions, if these essential changes leaf to improving the quality and competitiveness of Czech universities and students. In the frame of objective evaluation I will reveal the possible lacks and risks coming from the implementation of reform steps.
Socio-economic analysis of the Central Bohemian Region

This thesis "Socio-economic analysis of the Central Bohemian Region" is divided into two parts. First part outlines a theoretical approach to the formulation of regional development and the theories dealing with this issue. The second part describes and evaluates the status and development in economic and social aspects of the Central Bohemian Region. Each chapter is devoted to one of these areas. Practical part is divided into basic characteristics of the region, the social analysis of the region with emphasis on demographic data, education, health and social services, and regional economic analysis, which focuses on labour market, infrastructure and macroeconomic indicators. The work includes environmental analysis and a SWOT analysis of the region, where there is an evaluation of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive view of the Central Bohemian region with a socio-economic analysis of individual areas.
The Role of Education on the Labor Market

This thesis deals with the importace of tertiary education from the employers' point of view. The goal of this thesis is to clarify the role of education during the recruitment process within companies. The questionnaire research within pharmaceutical companies is used as the metodology of this thesis. The questionnaire shows that a university degree has among other things impact on getting the job and securing stable income.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the basic information about causes and impacts of food insecurity in developing countries, to analyze the present state of malnutrition in developing regions and to assess the potential solutions for this global issue. The thesis points out the existing interconnection between the particular areas of human life and human activities, which determine hunger and malnutrition. For an efficient solution it is crucial to implement the proposed instruments and arrangements only while respecting these tight links.
Comparison of literacy and opportunity of women’s education in India in 1991 and 2011 and its possible effect on demographic trends

The bachelor thesis analyzes the access of women to education and its possible effect on demographic trends of India in 1991 and 2011. The first chapter generally characterizes the importance of education as means of escape from the poverty trap. The second chapter describes the progress in educational system in India, government development schemes focused on education in India and access of women to education in India from 1991 to nowadays. The third chapter presents the total fertility rate by education of women in India in particular years 1991 to 2006. The last chapter focuses on the evaluation of effects of changes in access of women to education by average number of children in India.
