Proposal for Changes of Human Resource Management in a Company
Šašek, Jakub ; Gajda, Zbyněk (referee) ; Konečná, Zdeňka (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to propose strategies for the development of human resource management and the associated personnel department. The work is divided into three parts: theoretical foundations, analytical section, and design section. The theoretical part builds on scholarly literature and provides a comprehensive view of modern approaches to human resource management. The analytical section focuses on a specific analysis of the current state of human resource management in a selected company, including the identification of key problems and factors that affect the efficiency of the personnel department. Based on the data obtained and the analysis, the final part of the thesis formulates specific proposals and recommendations for improving human resource management, which should contribute to the more efficient operation of the organization and increase employee satisfaction.
Integration of tools working with fingerprints
Dobeš, Kristián ; Sakin, Martin (referee) ; Kanich, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design and implementation of the integration of tools working with fingerprints into current application SyFDaS. The main goal was to extend existing features of the application and develop new ones, such as visualization of simulated damage, damage annotation and generation of random input parameters for simulation. In the work, a methodology for integrating the new tools into the application was presented and successfully demonstrated. During the course of the work, the current user interface was greatly enhanced to better support different types of damage. The integration and extensions of tools were implemented in the C# programming language, including a reworking of the tools from Python using the EmguCV library for image processing. In the final part, quality analysis of the integrated tools with new extensions and testing of user interface friendliness were performed to confirm the functionality and usability of the application.
Gemini
Kartal, Emina ; Nový, Vítězslav (referee) ; Marek, Jiří (advisor)
The topic of the bachelor thesis is inclusive architecture. The aim of the thesis is the design of the dormitory and reconstruction of the Gemini High School in the Lesná housing estate in Brno, together with the reconstruction of the school's surroundings. The high school plans to increase its current capacity and aims for inclusive education, which is reflected in the new design. The current conditions are already inadequate. In the past, the school management was constrained by the available options and adopted a building with a kindergarten layout together with a garden. As a result, the school operates on a limited footprint or in cramped quarters. The aim is to provide quality education for all without distinction. An education that will be combined with a pleasant stay for the students, in the airy spaces in the school or the school garden, or in the new boarding building. The proposal includes a sustainable design approach to ensure that the investor incurs fewer costs associated with operating a building that functions as an educational institution.
Specifics of a family with a handicapped child
Ringmaierová, Radka ; Mužáková, Monika (advisor) ; Valešová Malecová, Barbara (referee)
The diploma thesis is focused on researching the impact of a disabled child on the family from birth to adulthood and follows the specifics of a family with a disabled child. It is about the effect on the family as a whole, as well as the effect on individual family members and the relationships between them. An important aspect is also the impact on the formation of relationships between siblings and relatives, as well as the influence on the social environment of the family. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with basic concepts such as family and its functions and factors affecting it, disability, types and consequences of disability. In the practical part, the work focuses on researching the impact of a disabled child on the family from birth to adulthood. The goal of this work was the best possible understanding of the impact of the arrival of a disabled child in the family and the impact of the newly created situation on family members. The main topic is to focus on their states and reactions in the individual stages of life with a disabled child and to find out how and in what form it is possible to help eliminate the negative effects of a disabled child on individual family members and their own lives. Integration of Music Activities into the Educational Subjects of Primary School
Chase, Olga ; Bělohlávková, Petra (advisor) ; Váňová, Hana (referee)
Integration of Music Activities into the Educational Subjects of Primary School Olga Chase Thesis Supervisor: PhDr. Petra Bělohlávková, Ph.D. Programme of Study: Elementary School Teacher Education Field of Study: Primary School Teacher Education ABSTRACT The main subject of the thesis is the inclusion of music activities into the educational subjects of Primary School. The thesis aims at a critical judgement of opinions on the importance o into the music activites integration educational subjects of Primary School. The theoretical part introduces the organization of the integrated education, summarizes the existing knowledge of the music activities impact on the child's personality development on the side of scientific literature and other relevant sources, it exalts the outcomes of works focusing on music integration into the Primary School education. The practical part researches the integration of music activites into the educational subjects of Primary School, compares the impact of the regular education and the specialised music-oriented education, and based on a questionnaire survey and personal observation, it evaluates the effect of such education from the perspective of the pupils, their parents and their teachers.
Real-time propojení senzorů pro navigaci
Kaczmarek, Adrian ; Rohm, Witold ; Klingbeil, Lasse ; Tchórzewski, Janusz
The development of satellite techniques in the field of precise positioning and the availability of mobile devices with a built-in multi-GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) receiver allow us to determine positions with better accuracy than a dozen or so years ago. At the same time, there is a growing demand from users for more and more accurate positioning while reducing the costs of the final device (e.g., a navigation system for autonomous lawn mowers). This work presents the concept of a solution that integrates different positioning techniques: gyroscopes, odometers, and GNSS using a loosely coupled Kalman filter. The sensor integration model was developed for horizontal components (2D) with simultaneous determination of azimuth and precise position. Additionally, the integration filter uses a dynamic weight matrix, the values of which are selected depending on the type of GNSS solution (FIX, FLOAT, etc.). Tests of the measurement platform were carried out under ideal conditions and in places where the horizon is obscured (passes along a high wall, under openwork steel trusses, etc.). The accuracies obtained during tests using EKF and the dynamic weight matrix are RMS 0.019 m for the North and East components. However, the accuracy of the azimuth determination was 0.59°. In addition, the presentation will present a platform concept that integrates low-cost sensors in real time. This work was supported by Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences (Poland) under the project “POMOST” (grant no. N110/0002/22).
