Bachelor thesis addresses the up-to-date issue of "Individual integration of pupils with specific learning disabilities in primary school". It is divided into theory and practical part. The theory part, worked out from specialized source, defines specific learning disabilities and describes its classification, symptoms, reeducation of specific learning disabilities in general . The practical part describes an example of good practice - Táborská Elementary School, where individual integration of pupils along with specific learning disabilities takes place. It deals, in addition to the characteristics of schools, school counseling department and course integration and several specific examples of the integration.
Accuracy and speed in numerosity at individuals with dyscalculia

The thesis deals with the topic of dyscalculia, which is officially recognized as a learning disability. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the current status of knowledge about development of mathematical skills and their disorders in the context of dyscalculia. The empiric part of this thesis describes a research which compares the performances of individuals with dyscalculia and control participants on a range number and numerosity processing tasks. The main goal was to describe the image of possible causes of difficulties. Deficits in the processing of symbolic and nonsymbolic numerosities were observed in group of dyscalculic participants. We conclude that dyscalculia is related to specific disabilities in basic numerical and numerosity processing which affects ability to acquire arithmetical skills. Proffesional care of children with school delay

Thesis "A professional care of children with school delay" is focused on the analysis of intervention for children with the recommended postponement of school attendance. in pre-school and preparatory classes in primary schools. The thesis also includes a scheme of a Special Education reeducational aids, which can be used for possible developmental disorders which limit children entrance into the compulsory school attendance in the prescribed age.
Evaluation of school leaving exam in foreign languages regarding the needs of students with learning disabilities

The bachelor's thesis deals with essential knowledge concerning learning disabilities, focusing mainly on reading disorder and disorder of written expression. It covers information about history and contemporary form of school leaving exam, including its modification for students with special needs. The thesis deals in detail with issues connected with maturita exam in foreign languages taken by the students with specific learning disabilities. A questionnaire was used as an exploratory method in the practical part. The questionnaire was intended for teachers of grammar schools, vocational schools and training institutions, who are certified evaluators of writing and speaking with the update for evaluation of SPU-O category. Most of the teachers think that the needs of students with learning disabilities are respected in school leaving exam. However, many of them were not able to review the objectivity of rating. It is necessary to raise awareness of specific learning disabilities not only among general public but also among educators. Pupils with the learning disability and their integration

In this thesis I would like to deal with the issue, which is in my opinion, still current. The number of children with learning disabilities has been growing constantly and working with them has been getting more and more demanding. The correct diagnosis of learning disabilities is very important for a child and involves the participation of the pedagogical-psychological counselling institution. The correct educational approach in an ordinary class at primary school is also important to these students. It's the teacher who finally makes the individual educational year plan and suggests different ways of re-education. Educational influence of Drama in Education on social and mental developement of pupils with learning difficutilties of the 1.st grade at Walfdorf school.

The diploma thesis deals with the educational influence of the subject of creative drama on psychosocial development of pupils with special learning difficulties (SLD) on 1st grade of Waldorf school. The work is focused mainly on the development of communication skills, respecting the boundaries, instructions and cooperation in the classroom using methods and techniques of drama education with pupils with SLD in 2nd half of 2nd grade and 1st half of 3rd class. The theoretical part defines the four basic parts of this diploma thesis psychosocial development of children of younger school age, special learning difficulties (SLD), accompanying phenomena and their influence on the psychosocial development of the child, characteristics of Waldorf school, methods and techniques of drama education. The practical part deals with the development of communication, cooperation, observance of rules, understanding of the topic and the ability of its interpretation of individuals and the whole group in the lessons of creative drama. In the lessons, we experienced key themes of the Waldorf School. The whole process is recorded and evaluated using record sheets from each lesson.
Students of teaching with learning disabilities

in English The thesis focuses on trainee teachers with specific learning disabilities. Its aim is to map their university study and teaching practice. The research part is supplemented with a short survey showing public opinion on teachers with learning disabilities. The thesis is based on empirical research of qualitative nature with quantitative information. Data were obtained from semi structured interviews with students of teaching with specific learning disabilities and from the questionnaire conducted which the public. Another analysis (qualitative and quantitative) and an interpretation of the data followed. All the findings were then compared with the data fixed in literature. The written work consists of three major parts. The theoretical part is predominantly based on abroad scientific sources of information about people with dyslexia studying at a university and employed. The second part of the thesis describes the methodology of the research and the analysis of the data. The two most important results of the research are represented by a number of features which describe a trainee teacher with specific learning disabilities, and the public opinion on such a person. Evaluation of prevalence of specific learning difficulties at schools using sfumato reading method

The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis contains the knowledge gained by analyzing available literature on history, individual types and diagnostics of specific learning disorders, methods of initial reading and writing, and the impact of specific learning disorders on the personality of the child. The practical part of the thesis is a quantitative research carried out by means of a questionnaire survey for the staff of elementary schools in which the method of Sfumato was applied. The aim of the work is evaluation of prevalence of specific learning difficulties - dyslexia in children from the first to the fourth grade at elementary school, where the Sfumato method was chosen for teaching the initial reading. Within the regions of the Czech Republic, the highest incidence of dyslexia is 11.9% in the Moravian-Silesian Region, whereas Prague has the lowest incidence, 3.4%. The lowest incidence of dyslexia was found in pupils in first years, highest in third years. Cross-sectional learning disabilities (SPU 3) were most frequently diagnosed across all years. Morphology development in children at family risk for dyslexia - contribution to study prerequisites for the development of literacy skills in children at risk for dyslexia

A b s t r a c t This thesis is a part of the project concerning risk factors of manifestation of specific learning disabilities in children at risk of dyslexia. Specifically, it deals with the development of morphology in children with family history of specific learning disabilities. Children in preschool and early school age have been repeatedly within three years tested with a diagnostic tool called Test of morphological awareness based on the Test of language (Žlab, 1992). The aim of the study was to map the development of several sub-areas of morphological skills (gender forms, plural nouns, past tense and 3rd person singular verb, adjectives derivation and grammatical agreement). Several issues were concerned. First, whether the development of children in this age group is still ongoing and so if the performance is improving. Second, whether there are differences in the development of children from an intact group (with normal speech development) and a risk group (children from families where at least one parent has suffered from specific learning disabilities). Third, whether is the development influenced by intelligence or sex.
