Awareness of greenwashing and green consumption among the young generation

The topic of ecology has resonated more and more in society in recent years, and the concept of sustainability in many forms is an integral part of this. Companies set out to fight for a green future with their product offerings and marketing strategies. But greenwashing practices can often be part of this company communication and the product or a brand could look more ecological than it is and the truth about the impact on the environment often remains hidden. Although the practices are considered misleading advertising, which is regulated by the state, in practice we may still find about half of the products that do not provide sufficient information to assess the accuracy of the claim. The aim of this work is to reflect on the issue of greenwashing and map the awareness of this phenomenon in Czech society with a closer focus on the young generation because it was the young generation that has been the focus of attention in connection with the Fridays For Future movement in recent years. The work is divided into theoretical, methodological, and research parts. Title: Generation Z and sports brands Objectives: Main goal of the diploma thesis is to find out brand importance in decision-making process of generation Z living in capital city of Prague using group interviews. Methods: The qualitative method was used in the diploma via group interviews. Scenario of the group interviews was based on literature search. Audio record was taken during the interview which was used with notes to analyzing the data. Summary protocol method was used to rewrite data from audio record. Results: For generation Z living in the capital city of Prague, the brand plays its role in the buying decision-making process in all its phases in the purchase of sporting goods. Generation Z living in capital city of Prague got good relationship with sporting brands. They are willing to pay more money for branded goods and they are loyal to brands. Customer / Consumer Behavior in a Particular Sphere

The bachelor thesis analyzes consumer behavior in a particular sphere. The theoretical part deals mainly with the influencing factors consumer behavior. This part also discusses about the purchasing decisions that may be influenced by the communication mix. The practical part contains an analysis of the point of sale and a description of marketing activities of the selected company. Based on the performed analysis, are made proposals for changes in specific areas of the communication mix. These changes should ensure a better perception of the issue throught whole society.
The perception of corporate social responsibility and its impact on consumer behavior of the generations Z

This bachelor thesis focuses on introducing the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), its perception by the representatives of Generation Z and its potential impact on consumer behavior of members of this cohort. According to many studies, Generation Z wants companies to have values that align with their own and to help address current societal issues. The first part of the thesis outlines the general aspects of CSR and its integration into corporate strategy. The next part explores the problematics of consumer behavior and the factors that influence it. The last part then defines the term generation and introduces current generational cohorts. The empirical part focuses on Generation Z, their consumer behavior and attitude to CSR. The research was conducted in the form of semi- structured individual interviews with representatives of given generation. Its objective was to find out how Generation Z perceives the role of CSR in today's world and whether it somehow influences their consumer behavior.

The main topic of the thesis is to analyze the current situation of the marketing mix for a selected company and to propose specific changes in this area. The proposed changes to the marketing mix respect factors influencing consumer behavior and could lead to increased competitiveness and new customers. The diploma thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part is called the theoretical basis of the work, the second part is an analysis of the current state and the third part contains its own solutions.

The thesis focuses on the survey of consumer perception of organic food and their brands. The work characterizes ecological agriculture, organic food and the process of their control and labeling. The aim is to find out what consumer behavior is with regard to age and gender. Another important output of this work is to find out whether consumers find organic food better than conventional food and whether consumers perceive organic food when they buy. The subject of the thesis is research and data were obtained by questionnaire survey.

This diploma thesis elaborate consumer behavior on selected market. Especially consumer behavior on agriculture market based on customers satisfaction. First part of this work was about studing literature in this thema. The main chapter of literary research was consumer behavior and specifically how the consumers behave on markets. Than, it was necesary to write about agriculture in Czech Republic. The base of practical part was questionnaire survey, which examined customer satisfaction, to chosen company. On the other side, was made structured interview with director of chosen company. The second main section of practical part on this thesis was specialised analysis. The task of this analysis was to find out main segments of survey. Especially based on third question which examined customer preferences "Which parameters you chose when you decide to buy tractor?". Two segments are based on quality of after-sale service tractors and medial presentacion of brand and exhibitions and fairs. At the end of this diploma thesis are proposed two recommendation how to get better customer satisfaction.
