Title: Sport popularity among the high-school students in Hradec Králové. Goals: The main goal of the Thesis is to determine an extent and a measure of sport and dynamic activities among students from chosen high-schools in Hradec Králové and to surfy a popularity of individual sports among those students. Methodology: The quantitative method wasused in this Thesis. Mainly the questionnaires. These were assembled direct for the surfy purposes and was given to the students of chosen high-schools in Hradec Králové. Results: It has been uncovered that 76% of high-school students in Hradec Králové do sport in their free time. Students do sport mainly because of thein health. Parents are the ones who have a great impact on their children doing sport. The most favourite sport of girl is modern dance, The most favourtie sport of boys is football. Communication of the City of Hradec Králové in Years 2009-2011

This research report on Communication of the City of Hradec Kralove in Years 2009-2011 analyses the communication activities carried out by the statutory city of Hradec Kralove particularly in tourism. It distinguishes communication within the Czech Republic and abroad. The work investigates promotion activites in the city's information centres, tourism organizations, tourism fairs and cooperation with twinned cities. The aim was to establish the effectiveness of communication channels and if Hradec Kralove manages its communication in tourism through destination management. In the research report, the city itself is seen from the vantage point of its history, urbanism and main tourist attractions. SWOT analysis comes from the literature material and describes deficiencies and successful enterprises of Hradec Kralove's communication to visitors. The analysis also implies other opportunities for the city. The literature work also contains particular suggestions for improving the city's destination managent in the future. These ideas should help the city strenghten its positioning among other cities as a city of cultural events and host city of important congresses.

The District court in Hradec Králové and its judiciary practice during the era of the First Czechoslovak Republic (1918-1938)

This diploma thesis attends to activities of the District Court in Hradec Králové in the period 1918 - 1938 with the incorporation in the context of the overall development of the judicial organization in the Czech lands and also historical evolution of the Hradec Králové region. The opening part deals with the First Republic's judiciary and legislature, as formed from the 19th century. After that follows an overview of organizational development judicial administration in the Czech lands in the era 1848 - 1938 and section devoted to history of the Hradec Králové region. The second part of this thesis is concretely aimed at scope of the District Court in Hradec Králové in the interwar period, in the process of the action in court, in the structure of the court, domains and distribution of judicial work with an analysis of the model cases. Analysis of the water network development and utilization of water resources in and around Hradec Králové

This thesis analyzes the use of water resources, development of water supply and water management structures since the 60s of the 20th century to the present day. Background materials provided on request by Vodovody a kanalizace Hradec Králové a.s. from their archives.
The materials consist of text and map outputs from master plans of water supply network. For the analysis were created maps of water network in the years 1973, 1981, 1994 and 2010, whose underlying maps are digitized material from the period. As graphical output was used ArcMap program.
The analysis assesses the development and future of drinking water resources, water network and water management structures and can serve as a starting point for a more detailed examination of historical events and developments in and around Hradec Králové.

Impact analysis of the type of construction on the normal prices of apartments in Hradec Králové

The object of thesis is estimation of the normal price for property type of apartment in Hradec Králové, including finding of the extent to which is the normal price influenced by the type of supporting structure. A partial task is valuation of selected apartments using different valuation methods. The solution task were used the price regulation methods – cost method and comparative method and market valuation methods – yield method and the direct comparison method of valuation, which is estimated market value. Finally the thesis contain a recapitulation of prices and analysis of detected differences.

Comparison of normal prices of dwelling units in Pardubice and Hradec Králové

This master's diploma thesis discusses the topic of a normal price for a dwelling unit, located specifically in the urban area of Pardubice and Hradec Králové. These towns are both capitals of two neighbouring regions (Pardubický and Královéhradecký, respectively). This thesis deals with the differences in pricing practices in these two towns. The time interval relevant for the comparison is the period between 1. 3. 2015 – 1. 3. 2016. The data from this period were first collected,this was followed by gathering the information on the individual traded dwelling units. Consequently, the gathered information was compared for the two towns.

Analysis of transport in Hradec Králové and Pardubice

The main objective of this thesis is to map traffic conditions in Hradec Králové and Pardubice region. The main attention is paid not only to transport in these two east-capitals, but especially transport between them. The theoretical part focuses on clarifying basic concepts closely related to the issue of transport and the characteristics of transport modes and means of transport across the Czech Republic. The practical part is focused directly on the two cities, the analysis of public transport and traffic between them. The work also includes a short questionnaire on transport between Hradec Králové and Pardubice.

Public space as an integral part of city infrastructure at the example of Hradec Králové

The diploma thesis is dealing with public space in the city of Hradec Králové and the main participants that influence the form of public space the inhabitants of the city. The thesis describes the urban development of the city, the implementation of plans in public space and the most important events held. A survey was carried out thanks to which the level of participation of the inhabitants of the city in the events that were held was found out, their aproach towards the public space and the way they saw the changes that were made in the public space. On the whole it summons the recommendations and advice from the inhabitants in this area which is put in contrast with the statement of the authority of Hradec Králové. It also confronts the economic parameters of possible further changes in public space. The thesis results in general advice for the development of public space in the city of Hradec Králové but also in other cities.
