Health Education Curriculum in Elementary Schools and the Possibility of its Realization

The thesis is focused on health education and area of sex education in elementary schools. Work gives a picture of the current state of teaching of health education and determines the extent to which schools meet the requirements of health promotion. The theoretical part describes the historical development of health education curriculum in primary schools since the early twentieth century to the present. It deals with areas of sex education, its purpose, subject and content. The practical part deals with the integration of Health Education in schools, through the analysis of educational programs and survey.

Changes of Sex Education from 1945 to nowadays

in English: The thesis has been focused on a description of the Sex education evolution in Czech countries since 1945 till nowadays; based on theoretical studies as well as interrogation of individuals of different age. Its one part deals also with a research which concerned in 62 respondents. The main aim of the research was to find out whether the Sex education has been taught at primary school, how often and which topics have been mentioned. At the end of the thesis a brief comparison among the theoretical information and the results of the research are mentioned.

Influence of Primary Family Upbringing on the Form of Intimate Life of Young Adults

The aim of the thesis was to explore the impact of sex education in the family on own intimate life of the individual. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes issues that affect the content of thesis - human sexuality, sex education at school and in family, and individual family surrounding. The practical part describes the implemented research. The research aim was formulated in four hypotheses. The first aim was to verify whether young people perceive sex education in the family as something that affects their intimate lives. The second aim was to verify the connection between points of view that parents present to their children about contraception, abortion and the beginning of sexual life and the view that in adulthood these children hold. Next aim was to determine whether there is the coherence between the way how parents talk to their children about sexuality and by how much is at the beginning of children own sexual life affected by these councils. And lastly, the work seeks to map the way how parents talk with children about sexuality and whether that affects children own experience of sexuality. In research took part 137 respondents - 80 women and 57 men, all respondents had secondary or university education and were aged from 21 to 30 years....

Body of the other. The erotics as learning content in Art education

The thesis titled "The body of the other. The erotics as learning content in Art education." have character of an exploration probe. It focuses on erotism in environment of educational institutions. This work deals with the body and its erotic contents in art education. It seeks to clarify the concept of erotica. This work seeks various overhangs of erotica into philosophy, advertising, school, personal and public life. This thesis is linked to the teaching of erotic theme and with the issues of integration of eroticism in lessons of art education. The aim is to determine how are the children / students on this topic sensitive. All the text is supplemented by authentic testimonies of students, teachers and parents related to the topic of erotica in school.

In the empirical part, I surveyed the knowledge of the contrateption and the planned parenthood with the students of a grammar school and of a secondary school. I searched for their knowledge of Postcoital contraception as well as of the termination of pregnancy. I also surveyed who is more informed, whether boys or girls.

Teaching of Sex Education at the chosen lower Primary School

The thesis focuses on sex education in the lower Primary School. The aim is to map it on the general level, that means its definition and settings for Primary Schools, and then to design the teaching units and to do a partial implementation at the chosen school. The theoretical part describes the development of sex education, inspiration from abroad and mainly its current concept from 1989 until today. There are mentioned its objectives, principles and ethics, legal representation, the negative aspects of human sexuality, the course and content. The thesis also examines the role of family and school. The practical part focuses on the approach of parents and teachers to sex education at the chosen school through a survey and a structured interview. Based on the positive results, there is a proposal of teaching units for education implementation, verification of one of them in practice, and there is also a list of recommended literature and materials for parents. Sex education and sexual behaviour of high school students

The topic of this diploma thesis is sexual behaviour and sex education. The adolescent body goes through important biological changes that are reflected in the adolescent behaviour. The aim of this thesis is to describe and summarize the biological changes occurring in adolescence and show their connection to sexual, social, emotional and cognitive development in adolescence. The thesis also describes the psychological aspects of adolescence as well as the changes in cognition and the emotionality. Moreover, it also focuses on the development of human sexual behaviour. Finally, the theoretical part defines the theoretical basis of sex education and describes the current state of integration of sex education into the education system of the Czech Republic. Finally, this thesis also aims to analyse attitudes towards sex education of high-school students depending on the sex and type of attended high school, as well as to map experiences in sexual life of the first-year high- school students. Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou předčasných sexuálních zkušeností a pohlavním zneužíváním nezletilých dívek. Téma této práce vzniklo s ohledem na profesní zaměření autorky, která pracuje jako sociální pracovnice. Předčasné zahájení pohlavního života a pohlavní zneužití se v poslední době vyskytuje ve stále větší míře, a tím vzniká i potřeba na tuto problematiku reagovat a řešit v rámci působnosti orgánů sociálně právní ochrany dětí. Cílem diplomové práce je popis dopadů předčasných sexuálních zkušeností a pohlavního zneužití na osobnost nezletilých dívek. Diplomová práce se také zabývá úlohou rodiny, školy a orgánů sociálně právní ochrany dětí v sexuální výchově. Dále také srovnává společné aspekty rodinného prostředí nezletilých dívek a vyhledává společné faktory, které působí v rodinách nezletilých dívek, u kterých došlo k předčasnému zahájení pohlavního života nebo k jejich sexuálnímu zneužití. Výzkumnou metodou této práce jsou především případové studie dvou rodin s nezletilými dívkami, u kterých došlo k předčasnému zahájení pohlavního života. V rámci případových studií byla použita obsahová analýza dokumentů, metoda rozhovoru s nezletilými dívkami a s jejich rodinami. Sex Education at Schools in Czech Republic Previously and Nowadays

This thesis focuses on the development of sex education in schools in the Czech Republic since the early twentieth century to the present. The first part is devoted to the definition of sex education and its goals, principles, concepts and purpose. Another chapter describes the evolution of sex education in our country during the twentieth century. For this historic probe, theoretical materials about methods for the current time period were used. Next chapter deals with the current state of sex education. It offers an overview of actual approaches, trends and researches. Comprehensive view of sex education provides a chapter about actual situation of sex education in other European countries. The research proposal, which focuses on the effectiveness of systematic sex education, is included (in the final part of) this bachelor thesis. The second half is devoted to Christian churches view on sexual education, Christian values, Christian principles and the principles of sex education, the specific forms and documents of the Church, who by this subject. The last part is focused on comparing the Christian concept of sex education with the opinion of experts of different professions, whose gaze is focused mainly on sex educaion in educational institutions.
