Transverse Flute Play Education on Elementary Art Schools, bachelor thesis Helena Svobodová This thesis deals with problematics of transverse flute play education on elementary art schools. It tries to look at the education from two aspects - practical which is concentrated to the very process of education including different methodics, and technical which is focused more to the instrument. Both these aspects combine in a questionnaire for teachers of transverse flute play in elementary art schools. The survey shows opinions of a few respondents about flute play problematique.
Project: Pre-school aesthetical education "PAE"

The main topic of this diploma thesis is project called Pre-school aesthetic education "PAE", which is tought at Elementary Art School. In theoretical part are generally explained terms aesthetic, aesthetic education and their brief history, current possibilities of aesthetic education in selected Elementary Art Schools and characteristic of PAE project. Research part focus on acquisition of the project in education at Elementary Art Schools, effectiveness in the selection of artistic field in pre-school age and at least suitability of including this project into the School Education Program of other Elementary Art Schools. For the research were used empirical methods (observations, questionnaire, interviews). Overall results of research are based on comparison and evaluation of the answers from all respondent categories. These results show positive evaluation of PAE, which suitably fills the pre-school period of children with meaningful activities, which are connected with comprehensive development of personality. Extensive appendix brings closer view to the work of children in PAE classes. It contains scanned pictures, newspaper articles and patterns of questionnaires. Qualification of dance education instructors of children from years 3 to 6 in elementary art schools and youth centers

This bachelor thesis looks at the skills and education of teachers of dance, teachers of leisure activities, tutors, and additional staff, who teach dance education in elementary art schools and youth centers. In the theoretic section the thesis processes theoretical and practical ideologies regarding free time, leisure and recreational activities, children of preschool age, and their relationship to exercise. Additionally the thesis discusses the educational backgrounds and qualifications of dance instructors and looks at how they lead dance classes in both elementary art schools and youth centers. In the practical section the thesis discovers whether the theoretical assumptions of the dance education management and its application match. Moreover, it compares the differences between two different institutions and measures factors of parental and directorial satisfaction of the dance workshops. This practical secrion examines the directoral requirements for the techers' abilities, their real education and qualification, and the parents' satisfaction with the institutions. This final bachelor thesis, A Beginning Teacher at Elementary Art School, is focused on admitting, introducing and integrating teachers into a work process at elementary art school. The aim of the thesis is to find out a way that new, beginning teachers are admitted and integrated into a process at the elementary art school and how they are satisfied with school management's approach in this field. Specifically, the thesis provides answers to where teachers learn about vacant positions. What caused them the most problems and what they lacked in entering into employment. How they get a feedback on their work. Whether they are willing to work beyond their duties. And also what they appreciate about the school director. This bachelor thesis is intended to serve as a feedback and a tool for elementary art school directors when working with beginning teachers. It offers an overview and mapping of the current situation at elementary art schools in stated fields.
Development of the teaching staff cooperation at a primary art school

The diploma thesis deals with the problematics of cooperation among pedagogical employees from the point of view of executives of an elementary art school. It is devided into a theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part specifies the concept of cooperation, sets it in the conditions of the elementary art school and describes the possibilities of cooperation control as well as approaches of the executives. Further it deals with concepts which influence the cooperation process, competences of the executives, organization structure and gender of the school director. The empirical part refers to a quantitative research which principle is questionnaire investigation of an accidentally chosen sample of directors of elementary art schools. The results of this investigation are further confirmed by interviews with the school directors and consequently with teachers. The subject of research are two experiments verifying the application of cooperation forms on this type of schools and observation of the cooperation process at the school of researcher's operation. Proposal of Electronic Classbook for Elementary Art School

The submission of this thesis was preceded by a specialised studio „Brněnské nábřeží a kulturní čtvrť Ponava“. This work focused on a complex urban architectural solution to the area around the former “Jaselská kasárna”, the urban context, transport services, the field configuration etc. The thesis follows this project in a section defined by streets U Červeného mlýna, Staňkova and Střední. The goal of the thesis lies in the creation of an intensive goal – a cultural area, which will offer a high-quality space for intergenerational communication and new social experiences and activities. It newly connects the urban part Ponava with the town center of Brno by a high-quality axis for pedestrian and cycling transport. The project of this cultural area arose after a thorough analysis of surrounding, intercity and global relations as a combination of aims: for children – the elementary art school with graphic and dancing fields, for seniors – leisure time center, and for all together - a multifunctional concert hall and a revitalized area of the former industrial zone of furniture production to a multipurpose intergenerational area with a modern art gallery, offices for young businessmen, architects and artists, and a music club in the basement of the gallery.
Baroque Sonata and Dance Suite in the Music for Recorder and Their Benefits for Teaching at the Basic School of Art

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe both historical and present aspects of playing the recorder. Methodology and didactics are important parts of this thesis. The most important compositions were created in renaissance and baroque period and that is why one chapter of my thesis is focused on the dance suite equally on the baroque sonata. My own selection of instructive material with notes how to practise it is included. The compositions are arranged chronologically in accordance with the authors' birthdates. A case study of two students training for instrumental competitions is attached finally.
