Basic population register in relation to administration information systems: Data sharing in public administration Czech republic

The work analyzes the current status of the basic population register in relation to agenda information systems. The theoretical part is focused on basic registers in general with a particular attention being paid to the population register. The analytical part examines in detail the current status of all configured and implemented processes that have a direct impact on the functionality of the basic population register in relation to agenda information systems and subsequent data sharing in the public administration of the Czech Republic. Attention is focused on the use and provision of reference data through Web services and information system of basic registers. The paper also analyzes the various approaches of agenda information systems of public authorities to basic Population Register and the implementation of sub-projects that have a direct impact on its operation. Evaluation of individual areas assessed is done using a statistical survey.

Development reading literacy by project in primary school

This thesis open the problematics of reading literacy and its development by project teaching. Dissertation is divided into two parts - theoretically and practically. In the first part there is described foundation of projects and project teaching, its history and advantages of its technique. Another topic is reading literacy, especially different concepts and ways of development by RWCT, creative drama and project teaching. Particular project is described in empiric part. Pupils of third class at primal school were observed during project. Qualitative and quantitative research is used in this thesis. The aim of research is influence of project teaching on pupil's motivation during the work with reading matter.

Cooperation of First and Second Graders in the Learning Process

The work deals with the cooperation of pupils among first and second grade pupils in a primary school. It analyzes to which extent are second grade pupils able to give their knowledge to pupils of the first grade. Then it shows how the learning style and the personality affects the cooperation of an individual within the group. The practical part proofs the long-term investigation in one class that was systematically prepared for the cooperation among older and younger pupils. The results of this research in the observed class evaluate higher level of cooperative and communication skills of individual pupils than those, who previously did not deal with cooperation. Teaching pupils how to cooperate gradually developed their relationship not only to younger classmates, but to the willingness to help each other, to respect the opinions of others and it also strengthened the relationships in the observed classroom. Project Tennis School in Krasnodar

Title: Project Tennis School in Krasnodar Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current situation in the field of tennis services primarily for children in Krasnodar. Based on the analysis will be drawn conclusions for the proposal of establishing a tennis school, furthermore, a business plan together with a financial plan will be elaborated. Finally, the project will be subjected to a risk analysis and final recommendation will be made. Methods: With respect the market analysis, it was conducted secondary market analysis, based on the results obtain from the Tennis Federation of Russia research. In addition, financial analysis was performed, which is used to evaluate the overall project. Results: In the context of financial planning, it was found that costs and revenues in the first year of operation the company is almost equal and therefore profitability will not be too high. However, during the evaluation of the project, it came clear that the project wouldn't have financial loss, unless particular attention will be made to minimize the risks that have been identified in connection with business activities in the tennis school. Afghanistan in the 'Turning Year' 2014 and Concerns of Surrounding States.

This research paper focuses on "abrupt changes" in Afghanistan during 2014. It argues that very important changes in one states policy should affect also approach of other countries. First, it inspects the two major events - the presidential election and the signing of both Bilateral Strategic Agreement and Agreement on Status of Military forces with NATO. The study is not only describing those issues, but also outlines the possible effect and signals for other countries. The paper then concludes the state of Afghanistan by the end of 2014. In second part, the study explores the major changes in foreign cooperation of neighboring countries and regional key players with Afghanistan. The study monitors long-term trends in their cooperation with Afghanistan and focuses also on security issues. The more these trends have changed, the more the Afghan events affected international relations.

Iva Lokajová DEPARTMENT: The centre of school management SUPERVISOR: RNDr. Jana Marková ABSTRACT: The thesis "Headmaster as a project manager" focuses on the topic of project management in schools. The processed topic should help novice headmasters in particular with the fundamentals of project management. It explains the basic concepts of project management and deals with the description of the forms and methods of project management. It explains the basic tasks, activities and competence of the project manager in education. The research part is trying to map out a so far relatively unexplored area of project management for headmasters of primary schools and kindergartens as well as analyze and visualize the needs of school headmasters in the area. The conclusions show that although elementary schools in particular recognize the benefits of participating in projects for schools, their support in this area is inadequate. The thesis offers proposals for measures that could be used to improve support for project managers in education.

Cooperation of Community Centers and Schools Upon Realizing a Community Project

The thesis deals with the possibilities and forms of mutual co-operation of a community center and a school in the implementation of the community project in educational, social and legislative terms. The aim of this work is to show an example of a specific project implemented areas in which it is pursued potential of community education, and to describe the possibility of cooperation between a school and a community center. The work seeks the answers the question - what are the prerequisites for successful implementation of projects to support the motivation of individual cooperating entities and how this process of community education can be supported this way. The operational goal is defined by some basic concepts and organizes them into a logical framework. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to the topic of community work, community schools, centers, and community education. The terms are defined on the basis of literature by various authors who deal with this issue in the long term. This allows complex insight into this question and it is thus destined interpretation of the concepts in the context of topic of this thesis. Stuttgart 21: political and social reflection

This thesis Stuttgart 21: public and political reflection deals with the railway and urban project Stuttgart 21, in particular with the public and political actions related to the project. The thesis starts with summarization of the factual information about the project and follows with presentation of analyses of the actual protests, which culminated on the "black Thursday" in 2010, when the serious conflict between protesters and police officers occurred. The government reacted by arranging a settlement through the so called dialogs of conciliation, which should have helped to recover from the escalated situation. At these dialogs, which were moderated by the politician Heiner Geißler, supporters and opponents of the project and experts in the area gathered. After these dialogs, the situation calmed down mildly. Solution of the dispute related to the Stuttgart 21 project was really important because the elections to the Landtag of Baden-Württemberg followed shortly after (March 2011). Because of the actions in connection with the Stuttgart 21 project and also because of the nuclear energy elections topic, which emerged due to the accident in Fukushima, the 'Die Grünen' party came into power.
