Between image and reality: art education at a four-year high school and RVP GV

Ve své práci se zaměřují především na postižení změn funkcí a cílů výtvarné výchovy, jak se projevují v každodenní praxi. Snažím se zachytit dynamiku procesu komunikace a poznávání v jednotlivých vyučovacích hodinách či v rámci tematických celků, které, ač nejsou explicitně definovány v žádném z dokumentu školního kurikula, jeví se jako podstatné pro výchovně vzdělávací obsah výtvarné výchovy. Zaměřuji se především na otázky týkající se vzájemného dorozumění a z něj vyplývající věrohodnosti týkající se předávaných hodnot a stanovisek. Jedná se především o dynamiku postupné orientace studentů v oblasti vnímání, uvědomování si a vytváření symbolických významů. Zaměřuji se na způsoby rozvíjení dovedností rozpoznávat kulturně, historicky, sociálně i individuálně podmíněné významové struktury, v jejichž rámci chápeme, reflektujeme a posuzujeme nejen díla výtvarného umění a produkty své vlastní tvůrčí činnosti, ale také svoje úsudky, výroky a postoje k nim vztažené. Má práce je tvořena třemi vzájemně propojenými a úzce souvisejícími obsahovými celky. První je věnován reflektivnímu dialogu jako základní metodě komunikace a vzdělávání a výchovy v hodinách. Inclusion and art education

The diploma thesis aims at the present situation of inclusion or common school system education in the environment of primary school, specifically in Art lessons. The theoretical part defines fundamental terms and describes the current state of this issue on the basis of professional literature and present laws. The aim of the empirical part is to acquire experience of Art lesson pedagogues working with pupils with special educational needs. Essential is an integration of these pupils into regular process of education, function and utilization of teaching assistant and other specifics of inclusive education. Contemporary art in contemporary school

This diploma thesis addresses the topic of contemporary art in contemporary school. It deals with the relationship between contemporary art and contemporary school. The theoretical part of the thesis presents ideas and stimuli to think about contemporary art, which are based on people associated in the field of art, art theory and art pedagogy. Furthermore, the thesis pays attention to the relationship of contemporary art to the recipient and Czech education system. In the research part, the thesis focuses on five case studies of art teachers and their approaches to contemporary art in teaching. The next part of the diploma thesis presents a view of the artistic work of two Czech and two foreign contemporary artists. Their works are used in the didactic part for the didactic transformation of the content. Based on it, teaching units for teaching art education at secondary schools are created. Furthermore, this part presents reflections on lessons taught in the form of conceptual analysis. Art education as a connecting and developing subject.

The theoretical part deals with the development of children's drawing as a basic understanding of the developmental stages of the child to better determine the workflow in creating a curriculum or project connecting art education and other subjects. It also deals with the embedding of art education in the framework educational program and cross-sectional topics. Various art exercises are proposed for presented topics. The didactic part is devoted to organizational forms of teaching and the definition of the concept of interdisciplinary teaching. In the practical part, two authorial and one adopted project are then analyzed - art education is used in those projects as a connecting element of teaching. In the Kafkomix project, art education is connected with the Czech language, specifically with work The Transformation by Franz Kafka. In the project The Road to Freedom, students are introduced to the history of communism in our country and to the events related to the Velvet Revolution through visual documentation. Part of this project is also an analysis of a questionnaire survey, which was done to determine the level of memorized material by students. In the theoretical part of the thesis, I first analyze the concept of art education in terms of its development and changes over time. Then I analyze the concept of the visual field in relation to the structure of the curriculum within the characteristics of Art and Culture for the second level of basic education. I look deeper at creating educational content in relation to specified educational goals. In the last chapter of the theoretical portion, I define the concept of specific teaching methods for teachers of art education. Theme of everydayness and stereotype in Fine Art and Art Education

The following diploma thesis paper deals with the theme of everydayness and stereotypes within fine arts and art education. The theoretical part firstly focuses on monitoring the phenomenon of everydayness and stereotypes across various scientific disciplines, such as philosophy, sociology, psychology, anthropology or history. Subsequently the concept of depicting everydayness and stereotypes in fine arts is developed, which also includes authors whose work deal with the theme of everydayness and stereotypes and whose work fall into the period from the second half of the 20th century till the present day. We created three approaches to the given concept and each approach differs in their approach in depicting the reality of everyday life. In the didactic segment we deal with the issue of high school art education tasks and we follow it up with our own thematic tasks for high school students. Our thematic tasks include five related art tasks, which are aimed at the students to reflect on their own everydayness on several levels. The practical segment is a set of two posters, in which the author work reflects on her own everydayness and her changes depending on the environment. Art work potential for seniors

This Thesis is dedicated to potential of art education for seniors. The goal of theoretical part of work is to establish basic theoretical basis of senior population, and generally introduce possible specifics of senior education. The Thesis briefly explores the current state of senior education in the field of art education and art creativity. The goal of empirical part is to follow a topic of seniors with art education and to present a research probe, that directly examines the artistic creations of seniors, who's personalities are more closely introduced thanks to own artistic creativity. The Thesis outlines theoretical bases about senior population and their education in general, seniors are introduced more closely through own original creation. The creation is related to outlook into specific setting of individual seniors who are part of the research probe. In the core of the Thesis is the qualitative research investigation of artistic creativity of seniors with direct cooperation with individual people. Diploma thesis deals with phenomenon of social network coopering with visual content (Instagram and Facebook), particularly as a conception of platforms as a place for individual self-presentation and also as place in which massive deformation of reality comes about. Didactic part is aimed to project thematic whole of art exercise into an art education in which cultivation of student's visual literacy should take place in area of working with identity in virtual reality. Explorative probe pursuing forms of self-representation and using symbols of self-representation of students will focus on mystification by image.
