The organization of the outdoor multicontest in terms of project management

Title: The organization of the outdoor multicontest in terms of project management Objectives: The main aim of the thesis is to prepare a pre-project phase of selected sport event in terms of project management. The thesis particularly should serve to potential outdoor multicontest 's organizers who wants to proceed in preparations systematically and so to avoid complications that arise from shoddy project preparation. Methods: The thesis is based on analytic- synthetic method. The author analyses the set problematic on the basis of a literature review. The purpose of the thesis is to collect informations, subsequently organize and to use them in the practical part on specific project 's proposal. Results: The results are presented in tables and graphs. The output is a realistic proposal for the pre-project phase of the race in outdoor multicontest called "Boating survival". The results of this thesis show that the organization such of this type of survival is very demanding and the organizers should not underestimate the pre-project phase because it is significantly reflected in the implementation phase of the survival. Final exam software projects

The thesis deals with evaluation of quality of high school software projects. Examining the sources, the text describes differences between the projects on a model school and between real world needs. Based on this, it suggests an intervention, in the form of passing materials to members of an action group composed of teachers leading the software projects. The materials supply topics that were not found in the model school's education plan. A methodology for evaluating the projects is suggested, drawing from qualitative indicators used in the real world. An impact of this intervention on the students' projects is evaluated afterwards. The thesis The principal's role in improving the quality of school involved in the project "We help schools towards success" focuses on roles of the school principal as a leader and manager, that influence the improvement of school quality. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on school quality, its indicators, management areas and evaluation criteria. It also brings theoretical knowledge about the school principal, his competence in his role of a leader and manager and about the project "We help school towards success" The practical part investigates which criteria parents considered while selecting a school for their children and what they understand by the term "quality school". It also analyzes what activities carried out by the school principal in his role of a leader and manager are in the eyes of teachers and parents the most important ones for the improvement of school quality and how the respondents assess the contribution of school involvement in the project "We help schools towards success". The Archives of the National Theatre in the past and digital presence

The aim of the thesis is to create the documentation basis for the grant project, whose object is to revitalize the archives extensively, all based on the in-depth and comprehensive analysis of the Archives of the National Theatre. It presents the archives as an information system in the digital age above all, but in a broader historical context. It focuses on theater archives and their specifics, including the methodology for archiving. It characterizes the aspects of digital archives affiliated to significant theaters both at home and abroad. It describes the resulting draft of the grant project leading to the solution that should provide benefits for the theater community and the wider public and to transform the archives in a genuinely effective information system. The thesis also tries to search for the meaning and role of theater archives in the background of technological developments. Diploma Thesis Project teaching - Monuments and personalities in Uhříněves is a project that was created with the primary school pupils as an example of the possible use of regional history in teaching. The thesis contains theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is a summary of information from available literature. In this part of the thesis is closer introduced to the benefits and importance of regional history for history teaching in primary schools , along with anchoring regional history in the curriculum. There are also shown working methods, organizational forms and teaching aids, which the teacher can use in assigning regional history teaching. The practical part presents the project itself, its preparation, implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness of including the problems that occurred during the project, and the possibilities of how to avoid the problem. There are also outlined options for further use of the project. The thesis includes both text and image attachments that document the project.
European Union funding in the Czech educational system

The work is focused on the issue of EU funds in the Czech educational system within the historical development of drawing to contemporary ways of obtaining funds that enter into the educational system. It provides an overview of the problem areas in the disbursement of funds of the European Union from the perspective of the beneficiaries. The study also addressed in detail the issue of the Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness, which had a great impact on the education system in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis in the theoretical part is to describe a comprehensive picture about the issue and provide relevant information for the understanding of specific areas of disbursement EU funds. In the practical part there are mainly presents the results of a questionnaire survey which identified problem areas when funds absorption Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness. Project Education in the Lessons of Czech Language and Literature at a Higher Level of Czech Primary School and at a Secondary School

This theses concern with project-based learning with an emphasis on the subject Czech language and literature on higher level of czech primary school and secondary schools. It's purpose is to comprehend ideas of this teaching method and current state of its use, as well as to prepare analysis of chosen projects (or project ideas for teaching) in the Czech language and literature. The final goal of this thesis is to design own projects, which could be used by teachers in their praxis. Theses thus consists of two parts. The first on is theoretical and focuses on project-based learning in general, the history of project-based learning, it's planning and preparation. The second part, which is empirical, describes on a qualitative level and critically evaluates some projects and suggests own projects too. This theses could provide valuable material for both experienced and novice teachers in the preparation and implementation of project education at Czech schools. The thesis examines the illustration of children's books - one of the forms of fine art. The illustration is considered to be one of the ways for the development of critical thinking, visual literacy and key competencies of younger school-age children. Therefore, this thesis focuses on the current concept of book illustration. Based on an intensive research the thesis is trying to detect those properties of book illustrations encouraging children to active participation and active relationship with the book. The interpretation of the image (illustration) is dealt with in close connection to the process of understanding conceptual meaning of the text reacting to the level of literacy skills achieved by Czech pupils. The program Critical thinking through reading and writing offers the option of increasing the level of literacy and at the same time the possibility of deepening the relationship of the child with the book. Management of the Faculty of Humanities, Charles University considers opening a pre-school child care facility in a new seat of the faculty. The intention of this diploma work is to map and analyze legal forms of pre-school child care, needs of parents - employees and students of the faculty, and financial sources from which such facility could be funded; and then on the base of the analysis to design a solution suitable for the faculty. The solution has a form of a project plan, which, when approved, could be worked up and realized. Data needed for the project plan were gathered via analysis of documents, i.e. legal rules and web pages, and a questionnaire among employees and students of the faculty. According to the survey and in the case of available sufficient financial coverage, it would be ideal to establish at the faculty a facility with two children groups, each consisting of 15 children and a special children area of a 12 children capacity.
