This bachelor's thesis focuses on tandem teaching. Tandem teaching has a number of benefits and strengths, but Czech schools use it to a lesser extent. Tandem teaching also comes with a number of concerns or a lack of funds or personnel. The theoretical part of the thesis is an introduction to the issue of tandem teaching. It defines both the basic terms presented with tandem teaching, its development, as well as the possibilities for directors to introduce tandem teaching, based on the positives and negatives and already implemented research. The research part of the work uses qualitative research methods and includes the analysis of semi-structured interviews. Interviews were used with teachers, pupils and the principal. The aim of the work is to describe how the principal supports professional development in the field of tandem teaching and how teachers at a selected elementary school prepare for tandem teaching and how they cooperate and communicate. yes, tandem teaching is not given enough attention at school, mainly due to a lack of funding. On-line teaching of pupils in the 1st year of primary school

The thesis entitled On-line teaching of pupils in the first year of primary school deals with the issue of on-line teaching of pupils in the first grades of primary school. The aim of the thesis is to compare this issue from the perspective of class teachers, parents and pupils who have received on-line teaching. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with topics such as the characteristics of a pupil in the first year of primary school, both psychologically and physically. The general principles of working with a pupil in the first year of primary school are described. In addition, the methods and forms of work used in the regular school classroom for teaching reading and writing. The thesis also describes the basic topics such as online teaching, distance learning and the present form of teaching. The thesis also discusses programs and applications that are suitable for the online form of teaching in the first year of primary school. The practical part, using the research method of semi-structured interviews, deals with the risks and especially the benefits of online teaching in the first grades of primary school from the perspective of three different groups of respondents who have participated in the form of online teaching. Problematics of teachers preparations for the education of gifted students

The thesis addresses the issue of teacher preparation for working with gifted pupils at the primary level of elementary school. The theoretical part delineates the concept of giftedness, analyzes the developmental characteristics of gifted children in preschool and school age, legal regulations related to giftedness in pupils, and the identification of them. Furthermore, the role of the teacher and their influence on their lives is defined. The aim of the empirical investigation is to describe the possibilities of university education for teachers in the field of gifted pupils. The empirical section is further devoted to teachers who describe these impacts on their pedagogical practice. The methodological part was approached qualitatively, specifically through content analysis and case study. Content analysis is focused on finding content related to the issue of gifted pupils in the study programs of primary school teaching at Czech universities. In the case study, the evaluation of selected teachers' readiness to work with gifted pupils at the primary level of elementary school was addressed. Beginning Teacher and Classroom management

This diploma thesis deals with classroom management from the point of view of beginning teachers, graduates of the field of Teaching for the 1st grade of elementary school at the Faculty of Education at Charles University. The first chapter is devoted to the definition of the concept of classroom management. The second chapter considers the role of the teacher, the teacher's authority, its typology, the relationship between authority and education, and the importance of taking care of the teacher's mental health. The next chapter describes student discipline, possible causes od problém behavior, and methods of prevention or resolution. The following chapter on classroom climate analyzes the relationships that are formed in the school environment. It specifically explores the interaction between the teacher and the student, but also touches upon communication between students, and briefly discusses nonviolent communication. The penultimate chapter is devoted to student motivation. It examines both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. The sixth and last chapter describes evaluates assessment in teaching. Problematic behavior of primary school pupils through the eyes of teachers

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of problematic behavior of first-grade students through the eyes of teachers. In other words, how do teachers view the problematic behavior of pupils and their possible solutions, if the problematic behavior has already occurred. The theoretical part describes problematic and risky behavior and how the teacher could not only solve this behavior, but also prevent it. The same is then described in the behavior of students with autism spectrum disorders. The practical part offers the perspective of seven female teachers with different lengths of experience on three pedagogical situations. On the basis of semi-structured interviews with them, it became clear that even though they differed from each other in some opinions, they still largely thought about problem behavior and its solution in a similar way. By combining the most frequent statements and reflections of the respondents, scenarios for the given situations emerged. Cooperation between the school and the family at the beginning of schooling of children

The thesis focuses on the issue of cooperation between schools and families at the beginning of children's school attendance. The theoretical part examines the key aspects of this cooperation. The analysis includes the role of the role of the teacher and his required competencies in the 21st century according to various publications dealing with this topis, the role of the family and the typology of family structures according to different characteristics influencing children's education, and also the child's readiness to enter school and the perception of this step as significant milestone in his life. Further, various forms of cooperation are presented, as well as programs and institutions that can support this cooperation. These include the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, the Czech School Inspectorate and programs Začít spolu, Rodiče vítání a Člověk v tísni. Thethesis is related to my bachelor'sthesisand focuseson formsofcollaboration in an inclusive heterogeneous classroom in art classes aimed at the development of social interaction, cognition and the creation of visual imagery. It aims to explore the possibilities of the collaborative process of creating visual statements as a tool for mutual cognition and communication of different forms of relating to and grasping the world around us. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the background of inclusive art education and the social paradigm of pupils with special educational needs. A chapter on the art of collaboration is included as a context of visual art culture related to mutual knowledge and cooperation. Furthermore,the thesis elaboratesthe theme of creation as a distinctiveway of cognition,which at the same time offers possibilities of participation in the creation of the contents of collaborative art education in specific art education classes. Primary school pupils with special educational needs at an outdoor school

This work aims to find out how schools in the context of the presence of pupils with support needs prepare for organizing an outdoor school in the 1st grade of primary school and then formulate practice recommendations. The goal was achieved based on a research investigation, within the framework of which two probes were implemented. Probe I includes structured interviews with educational counselors at five selected primary schools. It investigated whether a subsequent written inquiry could take place at the selected schools. Probe II includes an online questionnaire survey aimed at teachers and teaching assistants. Based on this, it was found that in the area of teaching, free time, ensuring self-service activities of pupils, strengthening the pupil collective, and communication with parents, teachers prepare for school in nature differently than for regular teaching. They are helped by the activity, independence, and creativity of teaching assistants if they are willing to help. In the area of preparation for teaching, in the context of cooperation with teaching assistants, it is recommended to set goals beforehand, with which all its participants will become familiar.
