Proposal for Changes of Human Resource Management in a Company

The diploma thesis is focused on the area of human resource management in the company, the theoretical background of the thesis describes human resource management, personnel activities, employee satisfaction and risk analysis. In the problem analysis, a selected company is examined, a survey of employee satisfaction with human resource management, SWOT analysis and risk analysis are conducted. In the design section, recommendations are proposed for the selected company based on the information found. These recommendations include increasing wages, implementing loyalty rewards, implementing sick days, increasing the Christmas contribution, setting lower bonuses for new employees, informing employees about benefits, setting up regular meetings between executives and manager, and taking advantage of digital recruiment opportunities.
HR role in "Company XY"

The aim of the research is to identify and analyze the needs in the field of human resource management within a small company, referred to as "Company XY". Another goal is the creation and definition of specific requirements for the HR position, which would be newly introduced within this company. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis defines the basic concepts related to HR and human resources management. It monitors the development of personnel work over time and changes in the approach and management of human resources. It relates the influence of a healthy organizational culture to the loyalty and commitment of employees and ultimately to the achievement of the organization's strategic goals. It summarizes individual personnel activities and the desired professional, general, digital and soft competencies of a personnel officer, as well as the specifics of personnel work in a small company. The empirical part of the thesis focuses on the research methods and tools used. The Diploma thesis is focused on improvement personnel management in PESTAN company. At first is described the theoretical knowledge regards to personnel activities in small and middle companies, which was processed on basis of specialized literature. In the next part I characterized PESTAN company and analyzed its personnel activities. On basis of gained knowledge I determined proposals focused on improving a current situation.
Adaptation as a Possible Cause of Employee Turnover in Selected Organization

This work aims to identify and describe adaptation processes as a possible cause of employee turnover in selected organization and to propose measures for improvement. The thesis focuses on the topic of adaptation, human adaptation, adaptation of employee in organization, areas of adaptation and adaptation processes in the context of personnel activities. Subsequently, attention is paid to employee turnover, problems associated with turnover, types of turnover and factors that affect employee turnover. This is followed by an empirical survey that focuses on adaptation processes and their possible impact on employee turnover in selected organization in Prague. The empirical survey is realized as a qualitative case study using interviews and document analysis. Interviews were conducted with three groups of employees, with HR manager, new employees and former employees who terminated during the trial period. Questions were focused on the implementation of adaptation processes in the organization, employee turnover and the reasons for employees leaving the organization in connection with the adaptation process. The bachelor's thesis deals with human resources management and a proposal to change the concept of human resources management in a selected company. The first part of the work is devoted to theory and theoretical starting points. In the second part, the analysis of the human resources management process in the selected company will take place. The last part contains proposals and recommendations for improving the human resources management process in the selected company in accordance with its current situation and based on theoretical knowledge.
Adaptation in pre-primary education

My diploma thesis deals with the adaptation process of new-coming teachers who enter the pre-primary education system. The adaptation should prepare them especially for a teacher's position, acquaint them with the organisation culture and help them to integrate into the new social environment. The theoretical part is focused on personnel activities in the organisation, adaptation, mentoring, the adaptation process of a new teacher as well as on the adaptation plan. The thesis aims at examining the functionality of the adaptation plan used in a kindergarten in Prague and developing a proposal for adaptation plan changes based on the reflection of the needs during the adaptation of the teachers who started to work in the kindergarten. The research is based on a questionnaire survey and interviews with the teachers and mentors of the kindergarten in Prague. The questionnaire survey and interviews are supposed to find out what the teachers needed most during the adaptation, if the adaptation plan was of any help for the new-coming teachers, what the teachers would like to change in their adaptation plan to make it more helpful and to make it meet their needs during their adaptation, as well as what the mentors would like to change in the adaptation plan to make it more efficient. Human Resource Management Focused on Recruiting and Selecting Employees in a Chosen Sector

This bachelor thesis is specifically focused on laundry companies in the Czech Republic. The main objective is to analyse the current situation in the field of human resources management and personnel activities in a chosen sector and then to set out proposal for improving the existing run of the companies. The analysis of the companies was made via questionnaire survey for personnel staff and labourers. The data obtained from the analysis mainly relate to the recruitment of new employees. According to the results, there was evaluated the state of human resources management in the companies and suggested several solutions to improve the current situation.

The goal of this thesis is the evaluation of human resources management in a selected company. Based on the analysis of human resources management of the selected company, the aim is to suggest and point out possible changes and improvements in this area. Particular attention is paid to revelation of the current state of human resources management in the company. The theoretical part mentious the concept of human resources management and the accompanying basic concepts. Furthermore, this thesis points out the tasks and sense of human resources management and their strategies. The end of the theoretical part is given the content of individual personnel activities. Using the information gathered from corporate documents, questionnaire solution, interviews with the general manager and existing employees, potential changes were proposed to improving human resource management in the selected company.
Workers's adaptation in a small organization

Dissertation deals with an analysis of an adaptation process in a small organization. It handles placing of the adaptation process into a context of human resources activities. Individual areas of the adaptation are specified - working adaptation, social adaptation and adaptation to a company culture. Also aims of the adaptation, factors influencing the process of adaptation in the company, planning and management of the adaptation are specified. The process of adaptation, elements and tools used during creation of the adaptation process are described. The dissertation includes the survey analyzing the process of adaptation in small organizations and describes the specifics identified.
