Proposal for Changes of Motivational Programme in a Selected Company.

In my bachelor's thesis I deal with suggestions for improving the company's motivational system. I specify the basic concepts related to motivation, incentive program and employee remuneration. On the basis of the analysis, carried out by means of a questionnaire survey, I evaluate the data obtained and identify the shortcomings of the motivational program. At the end of the thesis, I suggests specific changes to the company's motivational system that would help the company to increase employee´s motivation and satisfaction. These proposed changes include the introduction of Sick days, monthly bonuses, flexible working hours, team building events and non-financial rewards.

Proposal to Improve the Remuneration System of Employees in the Selected Company

This bachelor thesis deals with a proposal for improvement of the current remuneration system in a selected company. The bachelor thesis is divided into 3 parts. In the first part the concepts related to the remuneration system are introduced. In the second part, an analysis of the remuneration system and an analysis of the external and internal factors influencing the remuneration system is made. The last part presents suggestions for improving the remuneration system based on the shortcomings identified in the second part.

Proposal of Changes in the Benefits System of Selected Positions in a Specific Branch of the Selected Company

The bachelor thesis deals with the system of employee benefits in a selected company. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis examines employee benefits, internal and external influences on them and their tax advantage both from the employer's and the employee's side. The analytical part of the bachelor thesis evaluates the economic situation of the company, examines internal and external influences and also describes the remuneration system of the selected company. Lastly, the opinion of the employees of the company was sought through a questionnaire and the opinion of the management of the company was sought through an interview. The design part then deals with the cafeteria system, the choice of an external supplier, its benefits and disadvantages, variations of possible costs and its implementation in the company.

The Employee Reward System and its Improvement Proposals

The bachelor thesis focuses on the employee remuneration system and proposes changes in a selected company. It is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the remuneration system from a theoretical point of view and is based on professional publications. The second part analyses the current remuneration system in the company and the external and internal influences that affect it. In the last part, suggestions for improving the current system are given.
