Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na systém odměňování zaměstnanců a navrhuje změny ve vybrané společnosti. Je rozdělena do tří částí. První část se zabývá systémem odměňování z teoretického hlediska a vychází z odborných publikací. Druhá část analyzuje současný systém odměňování ve společnosti a vnější a vnitřní vlivy, které na něj působí. V poslední části jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení stávajícího systému. The bachelor thesis focuses on the employee remuneration system and proposes changes in a selected company. It is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the remuneration system from a theoretical point of view and is based on professional publications. The second part analyses the current remuneration system in the company and the external and internal influences that affect it. In the last part, suggestions for improving the current system are given.
