Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem na zlepšení stávajícího systému odměňování ve vybrané společnosti. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do 3 částí. V první části jsou přiblíženy pojmy týkající se systému odměňování. V druhé části je provedena analýza systému odměňování a analýza vnějších a vnitřních faktorů působících na daný systém odměňování. V poslední části jsou představeny návrhy na zlepšení systému odměňování na základě nedostatků zjištěných v druhé části. This bachelor thesis deals with a proposal for improvement of the current remuneration system in a selected company. The bachelor thesis is divided into 3 parts. In the first part the concepts related to the remuneration system are introduced. In the second part, an analysis of the remuneration system and an analysis of the external and internal factors influencing the remuneration system is made. The last part presents suggestions for improving the remuneration system based on the shortcomings identified in the second part.
