The focus of the diploma thesis lies in optimizing the marketing mix of the company Nobilis Tilia. The thesis is structured into three main parts. The first part thoroughly examines theoretical foundations in the field of marketing, contributing to a deeper understanding of the given issue. The subsequent section addresses the analysis of the current state of the company within the context of its marketing mix. The final third part of the thesis presents specific proposals for its enhancement, derived from conducted analyses and also from the results of marketing research.

Evaluation of the Performance of the Chosen Enterprise

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the performance of a company engaged in the custom manufacturing of dietary supplements. The thesis is divided into theoretical, computational and evaluation parts. To evaluate the performance, selected indicators of financial analysis, their systems, economic value added, and finally strategic SWOT analysis are used. In the last part, the development of each indicator is evaluated using graphs, compared with industry averages, recommended values and among themselves.

The bachelor work is a aiming on problematic of pandemic COVID-19 and its impact on economical situation of a chosen organization in the years 2018-2022.The theoretical part of this work contains important knowledge regarding coronavirus pandemic and the financial analysis indicators are analysed in details here. The financial analysis are then used in the practical part for calculation. In the practical part there is the in-depth description of the chosen subject and the financial analysis will be used to determine the financial and economical situation of the company. The third part describes the precautions, based on results of the financial analyses and contains suggetion for improvement of the company.

The bachelor´s thesis is focused on creating a business expansion plan for the joint stock company. The subject matter is to buy a milling machine for production of milled plates including attachments and necessary building modifications. My thesis consists of three parts. The first part describes a theoretical knowledge, the second part is dedicated to an analysis of the current state. The third part is focused on making suggestion. The investment is planned, evaluated and compared with the state when the plates are bought already milled. In addition the thesis includes some accounting and taxation aspects connected with purchaising and financing of fixed asset.

Factors influencing the management of a selected floorball club

Title: Factors influencing the management of a selected floorball club Objectives: The main aim of the thesis is to reveal the key factors that influence the management of the floorball club TJ Znojmo LAUFEN CZ by means of internal and external analysis. Methods: The research included internal environment analysis, PEST analysis, Porter's 5 forces model and SWOT analysis. Data from document analysis and interviews were used to compile the analyses. The results from these analyses were summarized and evaluated in a SWOT analysis, which resulted in a strategy that was used to set a set of objectives. Results: The most important factors that showed up in the analysis were the club's good relations with sponsors, the option to use the city's sports hall, the departure of players and the lack of training facilities. The most likely and most promising opportunities include the possibility of obtaining subsidies for a new hall through increased funding from the city or sponsors that would enable the club to meet the requirements for using the NSA grant program. What threatens the club is an increase in substitutes and competition. So far, however, this does not affect the club and so is not one of the issues on which, the club management should somehow change their long term planning. Keywords: strategic...

The aim of the diploma thesis is to design a new marketing mix to improve the efficiency of business in commercial real estate on Freedom Square in Znojmo. The first part of the thesis describes and explains the basic terms of marketing and marketing mix. The next part is devoted to carrying out analyses of both external and internal to determine the current state of the building and then they are evaluated. In the last part, I develop my own proposals for possible practical improvement of the marketing mix in real estate.

Cieľom tejto práce je kritická analýza spoločnosti Slovalco, a.s., identifikovať riziká, ktoré ovplyvňujú spoločnosť a vytvoriť návrh, ako zmierniť alebo minimalizovať potenciálne hrozby pre spoločnosť. Práca je rozdelená na tri časti: teoretický rámec, analytickú časť a návrhovú časť. Teoretický rámec slúži na vysvetlenie nevyhnutných pojmov a definovanie kľúčových modelov, ktoré sa používajú v práci. Analytická časť analyzuje súčasnú situáciu v spoločnosti a identifikuje kritické riziká. Návrhová časť slúži na navrhnutie riešenia pre kritické riziká a implementáciu zmien v spoločnosti.
