The Performance Evaluation of the Company using Balanced Scorecard

The master’s thesis focuses on the evaluation of the performance of H & M spol. s r.o. using the Balanced Scorecard method. The work is divided into four parts. The first part defines the goals and chosen methods, followed by the theoretical part, which contains theoretical starting points from the professional literature, which are the basis for the next part of the work. The third part of the work is analytical, where the company is presented and then a financial and strategic analysis is carried out. In the last part of the work, a proposal for the implementation of the BSC model, which should lead to an increase in the company‘s performance.

This thesis is dedicated to the performance evaluation of the Saft Ferak joint stock company using the Balanced Scorecard Model. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first part defines the objectives and methods of the thesis. The second part is the theoretical part, in which the basic concepts are characterized and on its basis the analytical part is prepared, which includes the financial and strategic analysis of the selected company. The last part of the thesis is focused on the actual proposal of the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard Model in the company, which will lead to an increase in its performance.

The fourth part of the thesis is dedicated to the benchmarking of the company with selected competitors. The last part deals with sugestions leading to an improved financial and business performance of the company.

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation and the proposal for improvement of the company SAKER, spol. s r. o. in the years 2017 - 2021. First, it focuses on the theoretical part, in which the individual financial indicators of the analysis are defined, which are then practically used in the analytical part. The following analytical part focuses on the calculation of individual indicators. The last part contains an evaluation of the results and suggestions leading to the improvement of the company's financial situation.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the creation of an internal company directive for the area of the internal wage regulation of the agricultural cooperative. The first part defines the theoretical basis for internal company directives, the employment relationship, remuneration of employees, calculation of the wage and their accounting. The second part presents and analyzes the selected agricultural cooperative and identifies the problem. The last part deals with the solution of the problem, the result of which is the creation of a comprehensive internal wage regulation.

This thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial and business performance of MK Fruit s.r.o. through the benchmarking method. The first part of the thesis defines the theoretical background related to the topic. In the second part of the thesis the strategic analysis is performed, the analyzed company and the competitors selected for comparison are presented. In the last part of the thesis, the results are summarized and recommendations for improving the financial and business performance of the company are given.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of financial situation of the company SINCLAIR Global Group s.r.o. in the years 2017-2021. The first part is focused on the definition of the main objective, sub-objectives and methodology. The next part is devoted to the theoretical background, where the basic theoretical concepts are defined. Subsequently, the practical part is based on the theoretical part. In the practical part, the company is characterized (history, subject of business, organizational structure) and then the methods are used to evaluation of the financial situation of a company. The last part is devoted to the proposals for improvement of the financial situation.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Royal Prostějov, s.r.o., using financial and strategic analysis methods for the years 2017 to 2021. The thesis defines the theoretical foundations not only of financial but also of strategic analysis. Furthermore, the financial and strategic analysis methods are applied to the selected company. Based on the analyses, recommendations aimed at improving the selected company's situation are created, focused on the current situation and deficiencies identified from the analyses.
