Lean canvas model of providing gymnastic training

Title: Lean canvas model of providing gymnastics training Objectives: The main purpose of this thesis is to create a business project according to the Lean Canvas method, which will deal with the provision of gymnastic training to various sports subjects. Methods: The main method used in this thesis is the Lean Canvas method of creating an entrepreneurial project, which was preceded by a literature search on entrepreneurship and startup creation. To obtain the necessary information, informal interviews were conducted with gymnastics coaches involved in the issue and with representatives from potential customers, i.e. sports clubs. Results: The result of the work is the design of a business project according to the Lean Canvas method, which serves as a springboard for the start of the business and future development. The proposal elaborates in detail all 9 areas that the lean canvas method works with and finally proposes a procedure for testing the product through customer interviews. Strategic development plan of the ABC Braník football

Title: Strategic development plan of the ABC Braník football Objectives: The main objective of the thesis is to draw up a strategic plan for the future development of the registered association ABC Braník football. Methods: Qualitative semi-structured interviews, document analysis, PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, EFE and IFE matrix and TOWS matrix. Results: From the interviews conducted with members of the management and the analysis of documents, the internal factors of ABC Braník were identified. Using PEST analysis, potential external influences on the organization under study were mapped. Subsequently, each section was rated by three respondents to determine the key factors for the final SWOT analysis. This analysis was further augmented with the TOWS matrix to provide a focus for strategic planning. In the final stage of the thesis, specific proposals and timelines were developed to address the specific target areas identified during the analysis. Title: Customer behaviour in a running store. Objectives: The main objective of the bachelor's thesis is to identify the behavior of different customer groups in a running store through marketing research. Methods: The method of observation was used to obtain the resulting data. The research was conducted in one store based on a form consisting of 16 different form items. Results: On the basis of the prepared forms, statistical surveys were made, from which the behavior of customers was described. Customers come to the store for advice, most of the customers are men and the main group of customers are recreational runners. The results of the research also brought other interesting findings, based on which the store's customer service can be improved. Czech first football league teams fans perception of social media

Title: Perception of social media by fans of czech first football league clubs Objectives: The objective of this thesis is to find out how fans perceive the communication of Czech football clubs on social media. Methods: The main method used in the research was electronic survey conducted on social media networks. Also an analysis of the current communication was conducted using secondary data in order to put the subsequent interpretation into context. Results: The data obtained from the questionnaire provided a general view of how fans perceive marketing communication on social networks of Czech football clubs. The distribution of socio-demographic features corresponds to the reality on social networks and therefore it was possible to draw generally valid conclusions. The research showed that a significant proportion of fans follow several clubs at the same time. It also confirmed that all types of outlets have a large audience and therefore it is important to stay with them. Networks have a big influence on a fan's relationship with a club and also on their purchasing decisions. Title: Brand archetypes of TOP czech athletes Objectives: The aim of this work is to determine the brand archetypes of the TOP 10 czech athletes. Methods: The bachelor thesis uses a combination of quantitative research with elements of qualitative methods. Electronic questioning was chosen as the most appropriate way to obtain the necessary information from Generation Y. The questionnaire survey involves first demographic data and then projective techniques - the respondent assigns colours to each athlete's brand based on the emotions the athlete evokes. Subsequently, brand archetypes are assigned to each athlete's brand based on the psychology of color and the limbic model. Results: Determining athlete brand archetypes using projective techniques based on color psychology is feasible. However, it has been found that in order to determine brand archetypes, it is necessary that the research population knows the athlete in question. For the athletes that the research set did not know, it was not possible to determine the archetype - for Vít Přindiš and Jakub Vadlejch. Title: Development strategy of the sports club BK Klatovy Objectives: The objective of this bachelor thesis is to propose a system of objectives in time sequence in terms of sports, economic and social areas for the small-town basketball club BK Klatovy, z.s. Methods: In this thesis the qualitative research method has been used. Primarily, documents provided by the club for the purpose of this research were analysed, the next step was to conduct semi-structured interviews with selected club members. Choosen analyses for this thesis are PEST analysis to map the macro-environment and internal resource analysis to map the internal functioning of the club. Results: The analyses carried out showed what the club should focus on. The biggest problem in the club is the lack of experienced coaches and overall poor communication and atmosphere. The club also has deficiencies in promotion and use of innovation in the technological direction. On the other hand, the ownership of the gym, which allows the club to run ancillary economic activities, and the proper use of subsidy programs are advantages. Analysis of academic drop-out rates of FTVS students in the fields of TVS Management and Physiotherapy

Title: Analysis of drop-out rates of FTVS students in the Management of TVS and Physiotherapy study programs. Objectives: Main objective of this master theses is to analyse the development of student drop- out and graduation rates in the bachelor's and master's degree programs in Physiotherapy and Management of physical education and sport at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport in last twelve years based on data from SIMS (Student Information Matrix). Methods: The paper uses the method of analysis of cohort failure rate linked to the year of enrolment and the calculation of graduation rate based on the methodology of calculation of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports in the framework of the rules for financing public universities. Results: The academic dropout rate in the monitored programmes varies more over the monitored years. Graduation rate values show more stability. The development in study programmes is different, even for the same types of study programmes. The dropout rate in Bachelor's degree programmes is higher than in Master's degree programmes and so is the graduation rate. Title: Financing of sports clubs from public resources in statutory city Teplice. Objectives: Main objective of this bachelor thesis is to suggest an improvement in subsidy policy of city Teplice regarding sport. This suggestion is based on research among sports clubs located in the city that draw subsidies from public resources. Methods: Data which the improvement suggestion is based upon were collected by semi-structured interviews with representatives of sports clubs located in Teplice. Semi-structured interviews with representatives of current city government members were also done, so that the current government could provide their point of view on identified problems. Possibilities of the municipality government regarding public funding of sports clubs were also discussed in this interview. Secondary data analysis of various sources regarding public funding of sports clubs was also used as a secondary method in this bachelor thesis. Results: Perception of subsidy policy of statutory city Teplice regarding sport is relatively positive. Clubs are usually happy with the amount of finance they receive. Competition analysis of ski schools

Title: Competition analysis of ski schools Objectives: The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to compare the two strongest ski schools in a region in the Czech Republic, which is achieved by analysing the internal environment of the two selected ski schools. The marketing research is carried out by means of in-depth interviews with the managers of each ski school. Based on the marketing research, the ski schools are compared. The result of the work simplifies the decision-making process of users and employees and proposes recommendations to managers taking into account these results. Methods: The qualitative research method is used in this thesis. For qualitative research, the main method is in-depth interviews with ski school managers, which are combined with document analysis. Based on the information obtained, the McKinsey 7S model is constructed, which helps to identify strengths and weaknesses. These factors are evaluated using the IFE matrix. The paper concludes with a comparison of the internal environment of the companies. Results: The result of the work is an internal analysis of two ski schools in a region in the Czech Republic. Visual identity of the football club on social sites

1 Abstract Title: Visual identity of the football club on social sites Objectives: The main objective of the thesis is to create a concept of visual identity on social media for the team FK Teplice. Another objective is a detailed analysis of the elements that make up the visual identity on social networks. The third objective is to conduct research of visual identities of selected football clubs on social networks. The last objective represents a continuous observation of the visual content shared by the FK Teplice team. Methods: Qualitative research methods are used in this thesis. First, the method of standardized observation is applied to the social networks of the FK Teplice team. This is followed by a qualitative survey in which respondents evaluate the visual identity of the FK Teplice team through open-ended and closed-ended questions. Results: According to the results, the biggest problems of the visual identity of the FK Teplice team on social media are the lack of hierarchy of graphic elements, typography, working with negative space, too monotonous graphic templates and not following the recommended formats for the posts.
