SWOT analýza vybrané obchodní společnosti
The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the execution and evaluation of a SWOT analysis of selected business company. In the theoretical part, basic terms in the field of business are explained and possible types of legal forms are listed. Furthermore, information related to partial strategic analyzes of the environment is summarized here and a SWOT analysis is described in detail, where the essence, individual components and creation are explained. In the practical part, a selected business company is presented and characterized, on which a SWOT analysis is prepared. The SWOT analysis is created based on the summarization of key factors from the results of the STEP analysis, the Porter model and the analysis of results in individual functional areas. The conclusion of the thesis is an evaluation of a strategy based on a SWOT analysis and a recommendation of the most advantageous strategic alternatives for the development of the chosen business company.
Franchising as a way of business
The bachelor thesis describes franchising as a way of business and focuses on history of franchising as well as the factors that support faster growth in the Czech Republic. It discusses the advantages and disadvantages from the perspective of the franchisor and the franchisee. Part of the thesis is devoted to the franchise contract which defines the relationships between the business partners. The data obtained from McDonald's are analysed. The purpose of this work is to characterize the company McDonalds and to identify the advantages and disadvantages in relation to other competitors on the market. A questionnaire survey and case studies are used for the research and the SWOT analysis is used to analyze the competition. The work finishes with recommendations for McDonalds.
Financial analysis of the farm
The bachelor thesis focuses on a financial analysis of the selected agricultural holding. The aim of the thesis is to carry out a financial analysis based on financial statements such as: a balance sheet, profit and loss account, a cash flow statement and an annual report. These statements assess the financial health of the undertaking. It continues to evaluate proposals for possible improvement and future development of the company. The thesis formulates the basic explanation and its practical part. It contains the subject and distribution of the financial analysis, its inputs and methods. It presents differentiation indicators, ratio indicators and a SWOT analysis. This analysis identifies the strengths that the business uses to grow and weaknesses that may become a threat to the business. Finally, it points to the impact of subsidies in agriculture and comparison with the average business.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to design strategies to the company ENGETO Academy through a strategic analysis of the external and internal environment, which would ensure the development of the company and strengthen its competitiveness. The theoretical part of the work is based on the literature and focuses on basic concepts and methods in the field of strategic management and planning. The practical part builds on the knowledge gained in the theoretical part and analyzes the very functioning of the company. The external environment is analyzed using PESTE analysis and Porter's model of five driving forces. The internal environment is evaluated on the basis of the principle of key factors. Based on individual analyzes, opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company are identified. The factors are evaluated using EFE and IFE matrices and the most important factors are identified. Through SWOT analysis, individual strategies are proposed, one of which is selected and economically evaluated.

The aim of this thesis is to develop a business plan for funding new enterprise in joinery and carpentry. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part there are mentioned the theoretical basis of the work, which contain and explain the concepts of business, entrepreneur, enterprise, financing of a business and business plan including its structure, evaluation of business plan effectiveness. In the second part of the thesis, the theoretical basis is applied in practice to a specific business plan. The business plan is created for the emerging business entity. Because it is a new business, it must consider carefully the financing of the business. The business plan also includes an assessment of its effectiveness by indicators of profitability and payback period.

POUL, Marek. Insect – (old)new foodstuff: economic context and marketing strat-egy. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2020. This bachelor thesis deals with entomophagy, therefore usage of insect as a source of nutrition. Thesis comprises of topic-related literary research together with ran-domly selected Czech and foreign companies, which are analysed using the 4P method. Thesis also includes a comparison of foodstuffs containing insect compo-nent with their counterpart, in which insect component is not present. The main objective is to propose a marketing strategy for Czech company WormUP, which is engaged in insect foodstuff production. For these purposes, SWOT analysis was used to subsequently create four marketing strategies.

The bachelor thesis deals with questions of property and budget and is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, in which we are going to take apart terms such as town and municipal authorities. The theoretical part focuses on property and his management. This part talk about budget like instrument of man-agement and financial analysis. The second part is practical and is providing prop-erty analysis from ones balance sheet and structure of budget. Also financial side of town is important, when financial analysis is done and last but not least SWOT analysis too.

This thesis deals with the processing of a strategic plan of microregion Rajhradsko. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part mainly describes the procedure for processing the strategic plan. In the practical part is created situational analysis of the microregion which is used for subsequent SWOT analysis. On the basis of SWOT analysis is conducted a questionnaire survey which aims to determine the opinion of representatives of member municipalities on the actual development of the microregion. In the final part is designed strategic plan microregion Rajhradsko.
